While they might not be the best tea place you could find in Newport Beach, they did made really delicious food and have a superb customer service. Came here on Friday morning with my friends and got myself a grilled pork sandwich plus a large taro milk tea. Compared to other vietnamese restaurants, the sandwich here is such a good deal, only $3.95!!! I used to eat at other places that charged me $5 for a grilled pork sandwich that are stuffed with a few pieces of meat and tons of vegetables but Urban Cup was different. Their meats are plentiful and the taste is so amazing! The only drawback I would find is that the taro milk tea is too sweet for my taste. Still, I would come here again because their food is so cheap yet so yummy!

I’ve gone to Saigon Beach the last couple of times I was in the area to grub with my girlfriend just as habit but this time we decided to do something different. I am so glad we did, and so is she! We’ll be back soon so I can try that Miss Sunshine drink! Another plus for everyone, they have free Wi-Fi. Great place to enjoy some tea on the beach and get some work done.

I have been here several times. I have had to Pho, Bahn-mi and the shaken Chicken. They are all delicious, and I have eaten similar dishes at many a vietnamese restaurant. I also often order a hot cup of coffee here and it is delicious. I do think it takes a bit for the food to be prepared but if I am in a rush I will call in my order and take it to go.

Its a fun new resto to try in Newport Beach! Its one of the arrayed food chains next to the beach. It seems like the menu is heavily influenced by the Viet cuisine - theres pho, egg rolls, banh mi - but theyve put a good twist to them. The thing I appreciate the most is their creative drinks menu. I love myself a good boba drink. Must try!

Its a tiny place that you wouldnt expect to have such elaborate and delicious meals on the side of the beach. My friends and I sat in and had a good time. My only comment for improvement would be that the seats available there are quite uncomfortable. I ordered the matcha green milk tea and the chicken breast curry. It was yummy!

The meat in the popcorn chicken was... Questionable. I dont think it was chicken to be honest. The wings were though, and they were good. Good prices for the location and friendly staff. Had a lot of other great looking options on the menu as well.

Very friendly staff. We ordered pop corn chicken and it came our fresh. Coffee was good too ( white chocolate mocha). Environment is good. Perfect place to sit and relax after the beach.
