We havent been to an IHOP in awhile. So we thought we would try it out for dinner. We first arrived everything was good my two children ordered from the kids menu (both grill cheese sandwiches ) one asked for a slice of ham added to the sandwich when we got the order a thick slice of ham was slapped on top of the bread the bread was soft and the cheese was not melted the waiter said "oh sorry about the ham I told him(THE COOK) you wanted it in the sandwich " youd think the waiter would have common sense to ask the cook to put the ham inside the sandwich before bringing it to the customer as I opened the sandwich to put the thick slice of ham (sandwich sliced in 4) I noticed that half of the sandwich didnt even have cheese the other half on the other hand had loads of it I checked my other sons sandwich and it was exactly the same way(What kind of cook dose that especially for a childs dish very lazy person) I was so upset I asked my husband to get the manager (who looked like he was still attending high school ) when I showed him the food he had a blank look as if he didnt know what to say or do I told him that I was leaving all he said was "oh your leaving? Okay, sorry about that." Since when did restaurants hire children to run the show?why?wheres the supervision? You can obviously tell that all staff has no care for customer service and possibly doesnt care for their job they seemed very lazy .

Long long wait. So I decided to order togo. My autistic child wanted an adult meal so I ordered him a rooty tooty half way through waiting the cashier says what fruit do you want on the rooty jr. My son didnt want a baby meal. They said the order was almost done and our original wait number was called so I ask if we can just have our food at our table cause they never took our number back. The manager looks at us I see her mouth the words no and shake her head. I will never go there again. Manager is immature and unprofessional. I also tried to call in my order and the line was busy for 20+ minutes.

Really bad service, we will definitely not be coming back, Took too long to take our order then to long to bring it out to our table when they finaly did bring it the fruit was already bad and they forgot to bring the pancakes.This was by far the worst service I have ever had. The employees looked like they had no idea what they were doing. I am sorry but I would not recommend this location to anyone, I recommend just drive a little further to another location

Got seated in a timely manner..... Waited 20 min to be served......walked out of the restaurant when a family who just got seated got served right away.... I get that they were busy and all.... but they brought condiments to our table, looked at us and walked away... Im really shy and have trouble talking to people and I have never walked out of a restaurant..... I would not recommend going here.

As far as the greeter and the host are great with greeting you with a smile and signing you in and handing you a number form your turn. Im rating the service a 3star only because several times Ive been here, the host always tries to sit us (party of 2) at a table for 6ppl which doesnt make sense and also the waitresses usually take a very long time to greet you and bring out your beverages.

The worst restaurant experience my family and I has ever encountered!! We waited for ten minutes before the waitress even came to get our drink order, then we still didnt even get water! At the same time 2 people sat down at the table next to us and were served water and coffee immediately by our waitress! We couldnt believe it, so we left rt then and we will never be going back!!

Located next to my house makes it very convenient yet I rarely ever come here. I make it a habit to be here every year on Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday) before the start of Lent. Catholics, Lutherans and others take note. The pancakes are fine; nothing spectacular. There were times when this place would get packed with people.

This is just a standard IHOP, but 5-stars go to the super friendly staff who found our rucksack which we left here containing all of our valuables. We missed our flight out of LAX as a result but it could have been a lot worse if it wasnt for the staff here who looked after and returned to us our belongings.

Horrible food and horrible service. Food was wrong and cold i didnt even see a manager on the floor. Had to ask for refill cause none was offerd first drink had stuff floating in it.and cashing out when asked if everything was good and we ansewerd no they laughed it off and didnt care.

There is always a wait time. They have good service and friendly help. A good selection of deals and many options from the daily menu. The food is always good and fresh. Great place to take a group.
