My food was old... the fries were gross and soggy. My fish sandwich had old lettuce and was tough. I managed a fast food restaurant in this area and the service this morning was totally bad. They forgot my ranch and napkins as well. I will drive down to norwalk and imperial next time. That location is on point everytime I go...

The most nastiest tacos ever. I think they were from night before. HORRIBLE!! Yes they offered to go e new ones when I called. Now to drive all the way back is so incovienent!!! Did they really expect me to feed these to my kids??

Lets start with the service inside is slow and under staffed. When ordering customers should not have to repeat themselves multiple times. It creates frustration. My order wasnt correct and no one at the counter to correct it.

I like this JITB despite what others have to say. The manager thats there has everything in order unlike it was years ago and gives me a great costumer service. I will go again and every weekend.
