This was my first time at this particular location. I walked in asked for a discription on the wait times based on the type of table, I am unsure if I was unclear or if the staff is not use to being asked on wait time.... Basically the two people sitting table made me wait for an extremely long time. The manager had to come and apologizes and asked us for what we were waiting. The food was good, our waitress Brittany was a delight just the two people sitting paper need some more training on customer care. They set the foundation to having a horrible start of breakfast. Thankfully Brittany was able to make it better.

If you sign up for ihop email promotions and free Birthday Stack reward DONT choose this location. They gave me such a hard time. If you cant finish your pancakes you cant take them home! When I questioned this policy, like a scolding parent she told me to " eat atleast two and Ill see". As an added creep factor she wrote down and took note of my email and all my info even though I printed out the coupon as requested. It was very invasive and diminutive experience. Some happy birthday! :-( With all of her condescending comments and demeanor, she did it all with a smile atleast... Im Not amused and not satisfied

The worse service I have had anywhere!!! The server wasnt professional, they made us wait to order, it took forever for our pancakes to come and the blamed the cook for not having them ready. I hope their corporate office sees this and fires the lot of them!!! I would rather watch my children go hungry than to ever go back there....Sunday, or whatever your real name is, you are the worse server EVER!!

Great food. Got our food within 5 mins. But our waitresses was HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Calling some of her customers oh hes my lover... (maybe he was but I dont say it out loud) a big flirt and ignored the lady next to us because she was deaf. She tried to catch her attention 3/4 times until we let another waitress know that she was finished and waiting for her change. Her name is SUNDAY!!!!

Awesome spot to crave your coffee cravings! The avocado sandwich is delicious and the banana-chocolate muffin to die for. Great atmosphere, and the employees make you feel welcome. Regardless of the day of the week you decide to go, you wont be disappointed. Would recommend to try!

Not a fan of I hop. Small breakfast plates for what I think is a considerable price. Lunch and dinner is bland and reminds me of elderly early bird special. I can go to a mom and pop restaurant and get twice the portions,better quality and for half the price.

Service is normally really good, great waffles ask them not too over toast though bc its happened! I love the coffee here, sometimes I just go for the coffee and waffles. Great spot for bfast all day and not too noisy!

The decor, food and service make this a great spot to visit with friends. If you go, make sure to try the cheese puffs, pork belly pasta and the lemon meringue. Parking was a bit tough but still a great time!
