As usual I was shorted an item from the order. When I pointed it out while at the counter I was told that it would be a couple of minutes until it would be ready. A couple of minutes turned into 15 minutes. When it was finally ready, I was given the item and told here you go. If you dont have the item ready at POS, dont ring it up. I have had this problem to many times at this location and will not be back. I have a large family and usually drop $50 there. Their loss.

Heres a little tip for you KFC employees and manager if your are not going to sell the doublicious the way it is suppose to be sold with a sauce and not mayo, then you should tell your customer this upon ordering . Theres nothing more gross then biting into a sandwich with nasty mayo on it when you hate mayo on your sandwiches. So if you dont make it with the sauce any more then change the picture on your light board or tell the customer.

I ordered in drive through and was told wings will take 10 minutes so I decided to eat inside. The tables are all sticky and the have no sweetener for the tea except sugar. This really is the dirtiest KFC Ive ever been in!!!!!! What a shame and the owner should get these employees under control since there was no one there and they where just talking instead of cleaning this messy place!!! Ps clean under the tables as well

Staff was polite, food was great. Music was to loud and the dining room wasnt clean. Served fast. Just need to clean the dining room after the lunch rush. Plenty of staff on hand.

They are always out of baked chicken - at least to make a complete meal. I was told I can call ahead and place an order. Called three times; they never pick up. Bad service.
