Nothing about this experience was enjoyable. When you "go out", to eat you expect certain things.. Cleanliness, friendly service staff, etc. My husband and I work in the service industry and were both disappointed. We wiped down our own seat and table, as there werent any already clean. There were items missing from our original orders. We also were not greeted with a smiling face, as is stated on the door. We were in fact, treated quite rudely. We will never return here again. The only positive; they were open. Everything else needs improvement.

I just left the 1st St restaurant in Union Gap. I could not believe the rudeness and the way I was treated by the manager. There was an error on my order and after the mgr chewed out the employee for the error he told the employee to charge me additional money and walked away totally ignoring my presence. I demanded my money back and was told to leave the restaurant. I will never grace that place again. Incompetent manager and worthless help. No customer appreciation at all. Worst place in Yakima!!!

Dirty tables and counters, trash on floor. Empty napkin dispensors. Poor marks for slow inexperienced rude punk kids attempting to make a buck and Not, putting any effort into the job. honesty I have seen cleaner restrooms at gas stations and will never return to this "establishment" I plan to warn my friends and family not, to eat there!!!!!!

Messed up order wrong stuff in box,cheese curds burnt, two counter girls horse playing loud laughter.i watched them mess up 4 other peoples orders in the 20 minutes I sat in the restaurant. The girls behind the counter kept laughing that they were messing up orders. Floors dirty.

So slow. Over 20 minutes. But I guess thats what u get when your order something thats on special. Fries were hot but the buyers got cold waiting on them. Bring back JAMIE !! Or at least the service his crew use to provide. Thanks

I work nearby. This would be an easy go to, but Im over it! Both times recently that I went, the associates were rude and got my order wrong. Then, I got to fill up my soda...FULL OF ANTS! Twice now. Yuck.
