The worst ever! This place and corporate do not care about your experience... Ive have nothing but problems here and have yet been satisfied by owners, store management, district management or even at the corporate level. I was told by KFC customer service that this is a franchise store and there was nothing that they could do to rectify any complaints. If you Yelp this store you will find only complaints of bad service, product missing from order, old greasy and or hard chicken, filthy inside and out, it goes on and on you will also read about a piss poor manager and awful employees. If you dare try this place I would bet you will be dissatisfied in some way. I have NEVER been to a fast food franchise that screwed up an order and didnt want to make up for it in some way. I believe now that KFC will not do this because they would have to do this with nearly every customer.

Well went through drive thru about Kfc hammer and I 5 930pm asked to pull out to front they would bring my food because biscuits were not done waited 20 min no one came out drove back to drive thru to be told they gave my order away and now they are closing... I of course upset was yelling how could that happen and the cashier continued to tell me she is 8 months pregnant and stressed out and had no choice but to give $ back. I did throw a quarter at her which I apologized I was just upset all this for biscuits... Maybe she should not be working late nights in her condition.

The food is good, when you can get what you want and that for me is only about 50% of the time. What kind of kfc runs out of original recipe at dinnertime on a weeknight? The best part is at least the drive up has a built in lane you can exit, and youre not trapped in line after they tell you they are out of something. The people seem nice...it must be hard apologizing to customers all day.

The drive-thru attendant forgot two items from my order. I tried calling them, but after the second call, they turned on the the fax machine (third try). Dont they understand that I have the name and restaurant information to report to Corporate? I dont care if this is a "convenient" location, I will NEVER visit them again. Third strikes, you are out!

Went to KFC on pacific ave, all we received was a shifty attitude. We left there and went to the KFC off of hammer lane, the drive thru cashier was very nice and asked us to pull to the front, we received our food fresh with no attitude. I think we will stick to hammer lane KFC from now on! Thanks night team.

They made me wait 10 minutes because they were out of chickens tenders. I didnt mind waiting, but then when I get home they still gave me wings. They were closing in 45 minutes and were gave me the option of getting something else or waiting. I chose to wait and they still have me thewrong order

Ive tried 5 times to get a simple chicken sandwich and its a 8-9 minute wait. I end up going across the street to Carls 2-3 minutes tops. Why is it so long to get a simple chicken sandwich from them? Each time its been peak lunch or dinner time so timing shouldnt be an excuse.

They claim to take EBT cards, order our food, nope.....didnt work.....and my gf has the homeless designation for hot meals, nope. How embarrassing is that? Very humbling, i wont be back and i will spit on kfc until i die. Thats about equal.

I usually go through the drive through and each time its a really long line, or the service is horrible. Especially the Asian girl with black rim glasses... dont bring your attitude to work with you.

The store is super hot wen I walked in it was bout 94 degrees in the store. Their food was cold I had go back in the store a couple of times before I left out the parking lot.
