I have given them 3 chances and every time an employee is rude to me. I waited for 30 minutes for my food on my first visit. My second visit I asked for a moment to look over the menu and the girl behind the counter glared at me from the moment forward. Then proceeded around the counter to make comments on how rude I was. I stated I can hear you and see you. My third visit the man who helped me at the window spoke hardly any english. I ask him why he was handing me a small mashed potatoes and gravy when I ordered a large. He then stated o is this not a large? In the end I did not receive my large mashed potato and everyone excluding the shift leaders has been rude if I didnt love KFC I wouldnt return but I would advise patients walking into this establishment.

Ive been cameron park for 20 years Ive never had anything the best service here I always feel like family. when I was in the hospital all of and this is up there with the best all of the staff to care of my husband. personal family service thats what its all about. along with great food what more can you ask for. where a small little community we have a little bit of the best of everything. this k f c ranks at the top of my familys list

Ordered 2 meals of chicken strips and they now ask if you want Georgia Gold or Nashville Hot. I guess you cant get the original recipe from KENTUCKY! So I ordered the Gold and get home 15 minutes away to find Hot. Im not going back so I am frying my own chicken and so much for not having to cook!ended

First visit asked for grilled chicken in the bucket, got crispy. Second time, was charged for an extra meal, had to wait to get it figured out for a $ return, drive away and I wasnt given 2 corns. Not going there anymore. Get with it KFC! Other locations are waaayy better.

We would like to thank KFC at this time. The Cameron Park store, Monty and the crew were able to put together a one hundred piece dinner in one hour. Every Last Detail was perfect along with the packaging. Thank you very much!

You seriously have to be mentally retarded as a prerequisite to work at this location. They made me wait and then shorted me what I paid for. This is the third and final disappointing visit to this establishment.

Waited 15 minutes for some one to even acknowledge our group of 5! Even when we asked for help the staff just looked and walked by! Was so upset we just left! DONOT waste ur time here...... NO STARS
