The BEST customer service ever! Go there all the time for when I am on my lunch break from work. They remember my name and talk to me when ever i go in. they often know what I want before I order it and since Im a frequent customer they give me good deals such as a huge discount or free food. Last time I paid five bucks and got about ten dollars worth of stuff. Im not much of a fast food person but no matter how bad the food is I will always come back because of their customer service. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend this fast food place over any other fast food place due to their excellent customer service.

I dont know why I came back to this place. Three strikes and they are out of my choices for fast food. This time I thought I would try a chicken sandwich, and was told it would be 10 minutes because they always fix it "FRESH"!!! So opted for a barbecue chicken sandwich. OH MY GOD, it was almost half dried out hard pieces of what was chicken, I think. That will be the last time I ever try that particular location... Its amazing that the one in Cameron Park can be so good and the one in Folsom is a total NIGHTMARE!!! DO NOT EAT, OR TRY TO, AT THIS LOCATION!!!!

Came in around 9:15 pm to order 16pcs. meal. I was told no more chix available to fill my order. The kid at the register said he can assemble what he has left which consist of mostly chix tender and 4 wings. They close at 10 pm and there are still customers behind. The manager Kyle Costa was rude is suggesting calling corporate if I have a problem. As far as I know if the store is still open, at 45 minutes before closing, full regular menu should still be available at made to order basis. Poor forecasting on the managerss part. And very rude!!!

Ordered breast and was told it would be 20 minutes til breasts would be ready but they could give me thigh and wing. Changed my order and received thigh and leg. Leg was in spicy barbecue sauce which I did not order. Whole thing ended up costing me $9.78. I asked if they were charging me by the piece and was told "no" but they had to make up my order plus make it hot. I just paid it, but I wont be back.

Dirty dirty store floor is always sticky, food smeared and spattered on the walls,tables dirty, nastiest restrooms Ive ever seen... Has been like this everytime Ive been there.. Kinda makes you wonder if anyone works there or do they just hang out and collect a check... Ill definitely be taking my business elsewhere...

We are KFC fans. We also love a rootbeer float every now and then. Are food today was as expected (regular deliciousness). Our cashier was a nice enough guy. Our RB float didnt come with spoons, and there was no butter/honeysauce available for our biscuit. Place was messy and garbage was full.

I ordered a 3 pc big box and was shorted 1. I only found out after getting back to my hotel room so I had to walk back over. It also seems the chicken portions are now smaller. The grilled chicken itself tasted pretty good and kept them from getting a 1 star.

This was a negative experience. The worst KFC we ever had. All of the sides were very good but the chicken was terrible. We ordered and paid for white and dark only got dark. We will not be back. In the past KFC had a standard of always tasting good.

I come here every weekend and the young lady that works there, I believe her name is Morgan. Shes always so happy to take my order and knows her stuff. Give this girl a raise. She is just the sweetest most considerate young lady. Thank you .

Not bad. The food is okay, some of the workers are great and others make you want to leave without your food. They can be extremely slow getting your food to you and sometimes the order is wrong amd thats if your the only person there.

This place always has great quality food and the manager is an incredibly pleasant gentlemen. Also, the restaurant is fairly clean. The only complaint I have is that sometimes service is slow but you can expect that anywhere.

It serves A&W and KFC. The root beer is fresh brewed not like regular soda. Fairly clean with decently quick service. Clerks are always polite and nice to deal with. Building is outdated, food is typical.
