I walked in at 9:30. A lady at the window walked by saying something as she went out the door next to the register. She came back to the register with a clip board stopped in front of the register and started writing something down still not acknowledging us. Was another lady n gentlemen cooking chicken who saw us n said nothing. We stood there now 5 min lady with clipboard walks to window only to turn her back to the counter and grab a bowl now 8 minutes n no acknowledgment. I promise I will not be back to this one. Sad how 8 min of your time can change everything.

El Pollo Loco has some decent food and an affordable price. My main complaint every time I go is that it takes forever. Sometimes I see staff just chatting and not working, which is frustrating when you are in a hurry. When it comes down to it, it is fast food, so the expectation should reflect that. If this was a nice restaurant, it wouldnt get 4 stars, but if you want some chicken on a budget, this is a good choice.

I come here during my lunch breaks (weekdays between 11 to 1.30pm) if Im in the area. My order is always right and comes out quick whether its super busy or not. Its a small location but love the fresh salads, with grilled chicken. Best salads in town for the affordable price. No need to go tog a fancy restaurant to pay $15 bucks when you can come here and pay under $8 bucks and be happy with and great fresh meal.

They remodeled recently but the front counter now gets very crowded. It was very hard to order and there seemed to be a lack of training for the cashier. She was obviously struggling but no one was helping. The other times I went i did drive thru which went by smooth. I gave there stars for their good food but their dine in wait times needs lots of help.

I ordered the new chicken avacado platter the tortilla broke a part but The worse of my visit was there were a lot of dirty tables and flies. But not only that a employee came out to the dining area and sat down on dirty table with food all over to have her lunch I could not believe that she did not wipe her own table... Wow!!

Wow! Highly recommended! Hadnt been here for awhile. First time ordering online. Staff were so friendly and attentive! Food was incredible! Fresh, flavorful, tasty and affordable. Had the Tortilla Soup, Chicken Taco and Stuffed Quesadilla. Great job El Pollo Loco! I cant wait to eat here again very soon! ☺

I love the Chicken Avocado Bowl. It also has sweet corn, a melted white cheese, pinto beans, some rice and a good amount of fresh grilled chicken chunks. The Avocado is fresh. This is a good alternative to having a hamburger and fries and costs $5.99.)
