Messed up my order. Its bad enough when this happens but when its the people that take your order and 10 seconds later theyre making it and they still cant get it right you know theres issues. When I came back up the manager took it the order back to correct left the food on the counter to get cold while he went to get missing ingredients that one in stock. Finally asked for my money back and when he responded it I told him I wanted it also for the drink too and he kind of demanded the cup back which was on the tray. Very rude non-apologetic just an excuse maker. Unfortunately they had seven or eight employees and only two seem to be doing any work. The manager look like he belongs on the corner with the sign unshaven and unkempt. Dont know why this restaurant stays open as this is not the first time these problems happen.

Terrible experience at KFC. This is the third time we went to have dinner (6:45 pm) and they were OUT OF CHICKEN! I do not understand how you can operate a KFC and not keep up on chicken. Another person ordered a bucket and was told he had to wait...because they were short 3 pieces of chicken. Both holding ovens were empty and cleaned out....these guys are ALWAYS neglecting the customers trying to get the cleaning done so they can get out early. BS....cook chicken!

Iv never had anything but amazing food and great service at this KFC. I love the 5$ fill up and the girl in drive was so sweet and happy her name was Crystal and she was wonderful. And one of the managers Matthew was super cute and had the best smile :)

The KFC site clearly states that they deliver but when I called them I was informed that they dont do deliveries. Now here I am hungry and I cant leave work to get some of that extra crispy goodness. I trusted you Colonel Sanders and you let me down.

Just got back from dining at this KFC and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The guy behind the counter named Chris was very friendly and courteous. Give this man a raise and make him manager!
