I went here 15 minutes before closing on a Friday night and asked for a White Mocha. Some places call it White Mocha, some places call it a Vanilla Mocha. I dont know much about coffee but give me either and I am happy. The kid was rude and said they dont have white mocha but he could make me a normal Mocha. He proceeded to ask how sweet I wanted my Mocha. well, I didnt even what a Mocha and I have never been asked that for a simple coffee and I can tell my lack of knowing what I myself wanted upset him. He started to make the coffee and I stood around not knowing how to pay. I saw a girl texting on her phone near the mounted iPad registers and asked her if i paid there. Her response was "I dont know, did you order a coffee?" I almost left here but I sucked up my pride and paid 5.50 for a 14 ounces of coffee, I am a man and they are just kids. I wont be going back to this place.

I am a bit of a coffee snob. With that said, these guys served me a delicious single origin Ethiopian roast. It was a little darker than I like, but the flavors were complex and delicious. I liked that the barrista "pulled" the coffee after it had brewed so it would be a bit frothier and smoother texture than just pouring it into a cup. I wouldve liked to see a "for here" cup, and the shop didnt have much seating for my friend and I. I believe it had a couch and a long conference table. Outside had rickety looking tables with some chairs around them too. Not the best place to go and sip good coffee and have good conversation, but it DID have good coffee! I will go back! Overall, the product is great, shop could be better.

I have recently just got on this Philz kick within the past few months. I love their Mint Mojito iced coffee, sweet and creamy. It has a good amount of sweetness to it and the mint makes it really refreshing. The combination of both has made come back for more. This specific location has a good amount of parking space. The staff were friendly. The space was quite open and had a nice homey feeling to it.

Love, love, love Philz! I recently moved to California and the Destination Services Coordinator who showed us around took us here and I was blown away! They brew the coffee by the cup, and add fresh mint leaves to certain brews! A little bit on the pricey end, so not your typical Starbucks, but definitely a treat when you need that buzz and something different! :)

So far Ive had a Joes Wonderbar and a Mocha Tesora, and theyre both to die for. I suspect any drink you get there thats "sweet and creamy" is delicious. I could go there every single day and not get sick of it, but itd too pricey for a daily habit for me. I suggest bringing a reusable cup because then youre only charged for a small ($3.50).

Best tasting coffee in town only issue is it takes forever to get a cup with the long lines and theres no way to order ahead so if you want good coffee youre in for a long wait. Bums me out that I really only have time for these guys on the weekends. Would be awesome if they put any emphasis on Expediting their ordering process.

Quite possibly the best coffee one will ever have. HINTS: Bring in your own thermal mug and order you coffee Philz way. They will charge you for a small drink (better than a 10 cent discount from other chains) and the flavors of the drink will make you crave it whenever you know you will be in the vicinity of a Philz.

Always consistent! Ordering in advance is the best option. The transition from the order ahead app to caviar was bumpy for me... contacted to app and was told there was no solution, but out of the blue it just started working. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of parking.

Great coffee and great service. Please remember they arent your standard commercial coffee stop, this is artisan coffee. Be brave and try whatever blend sounds interesting to you! If its not to your liking for some reason, they will make it to your liking.

Blasting air conditioning on a hot summer afternoon! :( Was freezing inside, needed to go out and soak a little sun! :D But I loved their chamomile tea and everything bagel with tomato and cucumber, so giving it a 5* Highly recommended.

I love this Philz, theyre always happy and even when its really crowded theyre efficient and quick I have no idea how they remember what you ordered without writing it down it amazes me. I would recommend Philz Los Gatos to everyone.

I Like it better than starbucks it has a unique flavor. Dont get overwhelmed with the coffee menu just ask the barista what you usually like theyll recommend something similiar to it. They Also thay have a Friendly staff

Relaxed atmosphere, chill baristas, great coffee. The best part about that? Consistency. Whenever you come here, you know youll have a good cup of coffee hand-brewed by an energetic barista, and you wont be overwhelmed.

Ordered the excellent light roast milk chocolate Dancing Waters coffee with creen chile burrito-not good and pastry-great. Coffee was timely. Food took too long. Staff friendly and helpful.

Parking is sort of a pain, its small, not much seating, I think its a little expensive, but still, its got a nice vibe to it. Can get very busy. Popular with the Anti-Starbucks crowd.

Pretty cozy place, usually not too busy. Mocha Tesora is a fine one, and Silken Splendor is a medium roast that tastes deeper than it is.

Amazingly smooth coffee. My wife prefers the dancing water. They have tasty baked goods as well. They offer free WiFi all day, everyday.
