​I have been to this Starbucks location place many occasions, most of time it is Ok, but a few times the staff gave me a bad experience. I usually just let go and try to be positive and just forget about it. Today, this morning, I tried this new roll but it tasted very bad and old, I requested to change it to a different coffee cake. The staff did helped me to change it but give me very looks and bad attitude. Im very disappointed that this happened in such a famous brand name coffee place. In addition, I order a Grande Coffee, the staff gave me very hot cup without cardboard sleeve and I almost burned myself. I asked her " why did you not give me the sleeve and you gave other customers one?", She told me that: "because you ordered a Grande coffee" I said: "I see you gave other customers why not gave me? " She said: " Normally we dont gave sleeve for orders of Grande coffee, other people ordered Vente coffee" I saw other customers ordered Tall and Vente coffee are have the cardboard sleeve. The whole thing didnt make sense to me...??? In this case I would love to support other local no name brand coffee place has better services and quality cake. Spend my money and having better feeling and experiences.

Welcome to the Bay Area... at 6:26 on Saturday afternoon I get the feeling of a nasty dirty broom on my legs... I guess she couldnt broom anywhere else in the store but where I was... it wasnt even busy. People in here are just rude or racist or dumb but one of those three categories...they also made my drink room and told me to keep the wrong on to try and they got an attitude because I aked for the drink I originally ordered saying "people are just so difficult and frustrating." I returned the wrong nasty drink anyways... never again. I am buying the new Ninja Machine... if you want something and nice and done right... do it youself.

Coming from someone who goes to Starbucks EVERY DAY, this location has the absolute worst service we have ever gotten! First because they have a broken table, a full venti latte is spilled on our macbook frying it. Staff dont apologize, or show any concern - just mop up and replace the latte, and leave the broken table. Then, when I want to use the washroom, I get shouted at "go use the Pet Co washroom!" because "the floor is wet".

Worst service ever. The girl behind the counter took my order as if I was interrupting her from something more important. She huffed and puffed while I got a simple dark roast with heavy cream. She said well all the cream is out on the counter for you. I said I wanted heavy cream. She rolled her eyes at me and gave me a hard time. What a joke. Girl should just quit if she hates it so much.

It must have been training day. The young man at the register was new, and didnt know how to work it very well. The young lady making drinks was extremely slow: at my home store one the barista yesterday made at least twice as many drinks, and simultaneously kept up conversations with his customers. Fortunately the drink was well made.

The barista talked to a friend over counter, pausing at length to get her point across, which btw she was discussing something really inappropriate. The other patrons and I just looked at each other wondering if we would ever get our drinks. Starbucks used to be known for service. I have to say this particular location has issues.

Everybody knows me here, very friendly and fun, i wish i worked here since everybidy seems like they are having fun, they are very quick and ive only had to get my order redone once due to a mistake. But my experience is enjoyable each time i come in

This without a doubt the starbucks with the worst service I have ever seen. They are incredibly slow and are only friendly to their regulars. If they dont know who you be prepared to play the guessing game on how long your drink is going to take.

Nice outdoor seating area, but all the employees seemed very new. Everyone was very confused by a simple order of oatmeal and a breakfast sandwich. Hopefully they will learn quickly.
