Best sushi in L.A. Just TRY to find a real authentic Japanese sushi bar. They hardly exist anymore. Most people cant tell the diff. between Korean and Chinese people running sushi places, but believe me, theres a huge difference. I lived in Japan. This is like home sweet home. Good people, good vibes, great sushi, good experience every time Ive eaten there. Loyal customers, and like real authentic Japanese shushi places, they know and interact with their regulars. Ive been coming down from N.Calif. for months, and now that I discovered this lovely little restaurant, Im making a beeline before I do anything else.

Favorite sushi joint. The decor is dated and in need of a remodel but no one goes there for the decor. They go there because the sushi is always good, the beer is always cold and the prices are OK. It is family run for 30 years and it has that homey feel. Yoshi makes the sushi and he is very knowledgeable about it. He always has fresh fish and it tastes great

Lovely local and friendly staff. I had a small issue with too much wasabi but it was easily repaired. The fish had a nice texture and was presented nicely. The shrimp was a little rubbery but I would visit again.

This place is so good! Its not a big spot but the service was amazing and fast. The baked mussels were my favorite and the spicy sashimi salad. The prices are good too.
