I am not one to complain but I dont think its fair for people to be ripped off the way that I have been tonight. I was so excited after reading all the reviews of all the great experiences with food and prices until I had my own experience. I ordered two orders of salmon sashimi salad and a roll. Everything was pretty good until I bit into my salmon sashimi and found a bone. It was very unsettling to me but I was starving so I figured I would try again, without even having to bite into it there was a bone sticking out of the salmon. I completely lost my appetite I thought about it for a while and really didnt want to complain but then my hunger grew worse and I was really upset that I was going to have to go somewhere else to get food when I just paid. So I called I was really friendly I let her know that everything was really good I just had a concern about the bones that were in my salmon. She immediately got defensive and started telling me how fresh their food is and how cheap they are. I told her that was fine but I was expecting some sort of compensation. She told me unless I had proof that they were bones in my salmon that she wouldnt be willing to refund my money . Unlucky for me I have a trash shoot and had already thrown it away. I tried to reason with her but she didnt care she told me that the owner didnt work there which made no sense . I have never done this kind of thing before but I was so enraged at the lack customer service I couldnt bear knowing that someone else could had this happen to them as well and have no warning.

Wonderful place. Reviews dont lie - the best place for sushi around. Everything is so cheap and well made! Our rolls were made by the owner herself (california, tiger and shrimp tempura) and were very good. Its more of a fast food kind of place than a real restaraunt, but it is very cosy and clean. Highly recommended!

Awesome place...just like somebody else said reviews dont lie...rolls were big fresh and super tasty. Rolls that go for $12-$15 elsewhere were below 9 often 8 dollars and change...but taste was fresh if not better than more expensive places...this is my new fav spot when Im in Beverly hills

I get the lunch special Bento box with 2 items. Whenever I order the beef teriyaki, they give me this super thin layer of it. I could scrape it off and eat it one bite. Ive never seen anything like it. Super stingy.

i never enjoyed eating sushi, but my husband introduced me to Mika on third street, and i swear i order at least twice a week from them. They are fresh and clean about their sushi and i cant get enough of it.

i love this place !! its so cheap and so delicious for sushi. staff are super friendly and presentarion is beautiful ! i recommend the 4 hand roll combo for only $10 !! its crazy

The only place that has delivery so fast and fresh, you feel like you are sitting in the restaurant. We have used Mika for 5 years and have never had a bad experience.

Mika roll is fabulous, and they are very good with substitutions and specialty orders. Also anything thats tempura covered is always good here.
