I was upset because their ad at the entrance said. Early bird special any soup $2.00 8am_10am So I order dry soup need n meatball My nephew visitor from Australia order Noodle soup beef n meatball. When I paid the Bill was normal price n I paid anyway but could help myself to asked the waitress/owner? What happen to you $2.00 a bowl of soup. The answer was I order dry bowl them I asked her we order. 1 dry 1 soup then she. Said today only Phnom Penh soup is $2.00 I told her money not everything i paid before I even ask but dont like the I was treat The owner think they can outsmart the customer.yes they are right but people are stupid to come back for scoundrel. I used to bring n tell friend n family to dine there 4_5 time worth thousand but these owner stupidity will lose their customer. Its a very crook way to do business I guarantee that their business wont last especially in a small Cambodian community.

Bad service and bad Food!!! Not recommended. I dont go to Long Beach on a regular basis, I go there for food and groceries. I was at this restaurant a while back when it was still name New Paradise and never gone back since because: One, after waiting for over 30 minutes with my beloved date who has never eaten real Khmer food, I got under cooked rice and over cooked Tro-kuan which is beyond my imagination. On the second time, I order a "Seafood fried noodle" I got "Beef fried noodle" and when asked the waitress told me that it is a busy day and if I dont want this one, I will have to wait "about another 30 minutes" for my food. I was already staving at this time, so I end up accepting the wrong dish. She didnt even apologize for this incident. What rude service?

Do not recommend! Im Khmer and this food was horrible. The service was even worse. The empty restaraunt shouldve told us not to eat there. Waited over 30 minutes for our over priced food and by the time we got it, the food was cold and under cooked. The whole time we were there the waitress never came around to see if we needed anything else. My drink was empty and never got refilled even when we left. The fastest service we got was when they handed us the check with a smile expecting a fat tip. HELL TO THE NO!!!! We didnt even get music with our lunch, and we only got two items and it cost us around $30. What a rip off!! Never again.

During the day this place serves as a restaurant which light live performances, during the night its a bit more jam packed with the cambodian night life. Ive only ever been here for the food during the day so i cant really say anything about what goes on after sundown. Ive tried their garlic chicken and mee kah tang which are pretty solid. if this place gets busy youll notice they dont give as much meat though. Also, parking can be a bit busy. the lot is small and the guys try to balance it as much as they can, but sometimes things can get a little hazy.

Ive been eating at New Paradise for quite some time now and I would have to say that the service and the food is awesome!! Its a big improvement from last year i would have to say the hostess actually greets you at the door and the seat you within the appropriate amount of time. I was really surprise with the service I was given and didnt think twice to gave my waitress a good tip. The food is gnarly!

Grand Paradise is a family style restaurant with live music on Saturdays. The music gives you a glimpse of 60s American beats with Cambodian lyrics. All of the patrons are in their 40s and spend the entire night dancing. In between sets everyone artist and guest grabs a bite to eat. This was my first array into Cambodian food outside of Cambodia and it was delicious.

The food there is great and I love the live band on Saturday. Lots of older Cambodians goes there to enjoy themselves during the evening. Parking is a big issue if you dont get early enough. Thats why I am giving it a 4 star instead of 5. Parking is the only issue for me.
