I was so excited to treat myself to Red Lobster as I was out in this area for a conference. I called ahead for take-out and spoke to a really lovely lady by phone. Upon my arrival I was greeted and directed accordingly. The young gentleman that I met at the bar to retrieve my food was incredibly pleasant. Somethings I would like to mention more-so for learning purposes are: -the lobby is a bit stagnant and musty. It smells like an old casino. - please utilize larger bags for a take-out order that has a 4-course meal in it. It was stuffed in my bag every which way. Maybe a seperate bag for the ice cream as the cheddar biscuits made the ice cream melt very fast by lying next to it. -Lets start with my salad-was notified that there was no romaine lettuce upon my arrival, so yellow/white core pieces of cut up iceberg were used. -my soup must have only had two tablespoons of soup in the plastic bowl. I mean really guys, its pretty silly that you couldnt even put enough in to reach the first line of the container. --No pepper and no salt in the bag. -entree and cheddar biscuits were amazing! Highly recommend the Brussels sprouts and the salmon. -lastly, the brownie was pretty good. My ice cream was flipped over in the bag so it ended up on the lid. Overall, for $25 I wasnt too happy with my take-out. I wonder if I had sat and dined in, would it have been any different? May you all be blessed with a renewed sense of service and innovative procedures so that patrons might have an incredible experience, get their bellies so full and highly sastisfied that they return, and make lasting memories. My first time at red lobster was Friday Dec.30, 2016, there wasnt a long wait for our table which is great. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly, the menu was different than the website which was a little disappointing. They dont have any vegetarian options cuz I did go with a friend whos a vegetarian, but the feel of the restaurant was friendly and casual so it was still great. The food was perfect and cooked to perfection, the biscuits were great the strawberry smoothie was to die for and the fish and chips which I had was nice, hot, and seasoned beautifully. It was a great first experience even though they did forget my coconut shrimp which I saw on the receipt that I was charged for it but after speaking with the waitress she was kind enough to have it removed from the bill. Overall, great place and a happy customer.

We have enjoyed going here over the years. We are not even from the area. I take my mom there to clothing store afterwards we have lunch at this Red Lobster. Everything has changed. # 1 Im handicapped so is my mother. I couldnt believe the host held the door open for two able body women. And my mom and I are both handicapped and he never held the door open for us. #2 I ask a waiter named Justin to warm what was cool on my plate. He took it set in down on the bar. And went on to take someone else order. #3 that was the tiniest Moscow mule drink I have ever ordered and it was lousy. The only thing large in that drink was the price. #4 it took 20 minutes to get the drink. Ugh.!!!! So I know every place has an off day. So I hope the next time we go there is some improvements.

Worst service ever!!! Waited for sour cream for 30 mins!!! Waited 20 mins for a drink!! Waited 30 mins to get our raw oysters!!! Than another 30 for our food!!! It was not packed there was hardly any people but sill had to wait what should of been a nice meal turned into a wait game Hopeing we would get what we needed!!!! Or shall I say had to ask the lady cleaning the table to get us things because our server didnt come back with what we need after so much time!!! Food was cold but after waiting so long I just wanted to eat and still bake potato was over cooked and the shrimp was soggy!!! The only thing that was good were the raw oysters ashame red lobster is supposed to be a great place to eat

This used to be my wife and kids favorite spot but what a difference 6 months make :( we were very disappointed. Our server was not friendly or helpful, our Caesar salads were going bad (rotten) and when I asked for a replacement salad, I was told that they were all the same. The steak was bland and overcooked, it looked like it had been boiled then grilled. On a positive note, the biscuits were great as always and the dessert was good. The manager also did a good job replacing our salads for better once but she did not make it right by any means. Our favorite spot to eat just got ruined, never again.

I have to say it was my first time coming here and I was not disappointed. I have to admit I was skeptical at first because its a restaurant that has a lot of publicity. There was only one complaint that I had, not biggie though; the cocktails that I ordered didnt really have that "wow" factor. The food on the other hand was very delicious and cook to perfection. The ambient is really pleasing and it feels comfy, especially for one of those private evenings.

Went to red lobster for the first time in years. Was highly disappointed. Our server was incompetent. Had to ask for refills 3 times before I asked finally asked someone else. The food took forever and by the time it arrived i was so hungry that i didnt care that the order was wrong. After the meal was finished we waited at the table for 10 minutes with dirty plates everywhere before the server came by. I will not be back ever.

I ordered lobster and crab last night and the lobster tail had the texture similar to that of my Nikes. I couldnt even finish the whole plate because of the amount of chewing it took to get that piece of meat down my throat. The appetizer me and my girl friend shared was some sort of deep fried rat droppings. All through the meal I detected the lovely aroma of industrial kitchen cleaners as they cleaned the tables around us.

Very poor service, sat in table for over 20 min just to have waitress come and take my order , and to top it off she could of atleast brought a glass of water .... I ordered a beer and it took another 25 minutes to get it... this is by far the worst red lobster Ive been to, with the poorest customer service. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IN LAKEWOOD.. I should of just gone to Mary Callendars

Cool place to eat! However, theyve hired Mariah S. back after 3 years. While paying for my dinner with my debit card 3 years ago; she took my information from it and paid her cable, car note, along with other bills and then quit. I have the police reoprt to prove it and Im contacting corporate to inform them. Just watch out when paying with your debit or credit card guys.

I suppose people go here for seafood, but I enjoyed th eblue cheese sirloin served with mashed potatoes. I tried to make a reservation since this place gets packed. The hostess said I would be put on the top of the list cuz theres a 45 min wait. When we got there, there was no line. No 45 min wait. The chowder was not to my liking, but the biscuits and steak were great.
