This place has the worst service EVER! Our family has been coming here for the past ten years, but we will never return again. After our family finished eat dim sum my Mom ordered some dim sum to go, and after 20 min (the place wasnt busy) we asked the waiter what was going on. He said he placed the order and gave it to someone else. It seemed the person made a mistake and was a new worker, but what was furious was after we complained, he turned around and we overheard the remark while telling his coworker, "crazy", in Cantonese. Im Taiwanese and Cantonese, and as a customer, if you heard a waiter worker calling you or your family member crazy in their native language, with the waiter thinking we didnt hear or understand what he said, you would have been FURIOUS and deeply upset at such uneducated and despicable rudeness. Nobody should say such an insulting word, its considered verbal abuse and we can sue just for how we were treated. Many of the workers over there have bad attitude. Earlier before the incident I asked a lady, is that Congee? And she replied, "Does that LOOK like congee?!", with a nasty Attitude. Then she just left. We were good paying customers but today was the last straw. The managers didnt care after we complained, we dont deserve to be treated like this and will never go to this place again. Their crappy attitude made the food taste like crap. They should learn how American franchises and restaurants train and treat their customers. If I can give a 0 rating I would, they dont even deserve any stars. There are many other dim sum restaurants nearby that have good customer service and good food and I dont care if I pay for more elsewhere. They have 0 customer service as in ZERO. I eat out a lot and this is the worst restaurant ever. Customers Beware, food may be cheap but so is their service. Its an embarrassing disgrace.

唔差幾好食, 我哋 (剛嵐泰拳會) 經常去開會同食晚飯 大部分的服務員都不錯, 但有一個在晚上的服務員就好差, 面口無笑容, 無禮貌, 令客人無乜食欲 希望佢哋能有所改善 The food is pretty good, we (KWONG NAN Muay Thai club) often go there for dinner. Most of the staffs service is very good. But one night, there was a waiter, who had a upset face, where he dont smile at all. This made us felt uncomfortable. I hope that they can be improve.

Honestly, I would rate it between 4 - 5 stars because it serves authentic Cantonese food with very reasonable price. The service is just fine --- probably because I also speaks Cantonese; I have no difficulty with the servers at all, unlike some other reviewers said. I actually eat in this restaurant often. I really feel it is unfair for this restaurant to receive such a low rating. Thats why I am writing this review. Should others have given this restaurant a more fair rating, I would give it a 4 out of 5 rating. I am a hospitality professor who does research on social media. I was also interviewed by mainstream media about online reviews. I know exactly how some restaurants might receive bad reviewers from time to time. To balance the bad reviews a little bit, I feel I need to jump in and give this restaurant a 5 star.

Located in a plaza that has plenty of free parking and underground parking as well. I normally come here on a weekday , since for many years its been busy during the weekends . So for those who dont like to wait , do not come during the weekends . But if you need to come early when they open. So been coming here for a while, they are one of the dim sum places that offers a variety of dim sum. They still push items in a cart around the restaurant. This places gets pretty noisy, the restaurant itself is kind of dated . They do need to do a carpet change , and most of the nice ladies do not really speak English. So just be patient and get one of the head people to come over . Just incase your wondering whats inside certain dim sum items.

I go for dimsum at least once a month with my friends and the place is always packed. The food is good, not great. I must say that the staff here is the rudest and most impolite group of people I have ever encountered in my life. One of my friends found a REALLY long hair in their food (we are all men), and when he showed it to the waiter, he dug into the food with his fingers and pulled it out like nothing had happened. They refused to remove it from our bill until we threatened to pay by credit card and dispute the charge. Again, the food is ok which is why I gave it 3 stars, but the service is absolutely terrible as I have some kind outrageous event happen almost every time I go.

Great place to eat however terrible service, I personally like their fried rice, chee cheong fun, oh and their rice cakes are delicious! Service is terrible there, everybody there are is so rude. But if service doesnt phase you, worth the eat. aaplshebites review is quite accurate of the staff there. However dont let the review about their fried rice throw you off, you are supposed to cook fried rice with old rice. If you use fresh rice, its too sticky and moist, you wont achieve that dry, stir fry flavor. You will probably end up with a glob of rice with soy sauce spots if you use fresh rice.

Weve been here about 3 times and each time we try to give the place another chance because the food was tasty. Take a peek into the kitchen and you will see how dirty it is. Bathrooms are not kept clean. The rug in the dining room stinks. There was a party once we were there and someone threw up on the way to the restroom and they didnt seem to care there was puke on the carpet. Really??? If it were not for the cleanliness, the food tastes good actually but after looking at the surroundings and thinking about how they prepare the food, you start to question the taste.

New Capital, what can i say... i dont know if youre the best, dont know if youre the worst but i do love you! This is my go to spot for sunday dim sum. They have a million carts with as many choices. This place is conveniently located literally just off the freeway ramp, up on the second floor. Theres always a line so plan accordingly. For 2 people though, its never too long of a weight. I really want to make time to come for a dinner here, i always see crazy deals on lobster. When that happens ill be back to update my review. Until next time. ..

Extreme Poor Service and mediocre food quality at best. Me and my friends dine here dinner during friday night during their promotion happy hour. The menue is slight discount but not by much. Everything cost $5 and up, the food was not that great. The portion was smaller than the full dinner menu. Service was terrible, it took almost 10 minutes just for someone to spot us and gave us the check. They serve many live seafood, half of them has some dead fish ..... Bottom not likely come back here,

The lady cashier in red dress at the inside register is very rude. We were about to finish and drink our last cup of tea, she passed by our table and saw the bill, she turned back and grabbed the bill showed it to my face, waiting there for me to take out money. I was shocked, but still tipped as usual, put the cash on the table. again to my shock, she grabbed the cash and turned her back to us without a word, not even a look, her face was iron cold. This was happened on 10/8/2011 Saturday morning.
