I order the French toast breakfast. With a side of, eggs,bacon, sausage, ham and extra eggs and hash browns and garlic bread. Ive honestly had this place once before about a year ago and the food was bad then but I decided maybe try something different. The food might taste better. NO! this experience was worse than my first experience. first of all I ask for my eggs to be scrambled not only were they hard and parts of it were very overcooked AND WAY TOO OVER SCRAMBLED.The sausage was not good when you bite into it it was not cooked all the way. the bacon was alright and so was the hash browns as well as the Garlic Bread. Now the garlic bread do not order! I feel like a child could make better garlic bread. it was literally bread that had maybe butter and literally minced garlic on it like mince garlic from a jar it wasnt like garlic butter or garlic spread toasted into the bread it was literally bread flopped on with garlic and maybe butter also while I was eating my eggs I got something crunchy in my mouth and it was an egg shell. there was also a hair and my eggs. so overall I pretty much paid about $21 and the food was Horrible. I wish I could get my money back because I cant afford to waste money. I ordered take out because I got hit by a car and cant drive

Google said they were open until 4am so I called at 3am to see if I could order something to be picked up. The man on the other end said I had to come in to order. That was fine. We got there a few minutes later and it was dark, and locked. Confused, we called the number and the guy answered and I asked why they told us to come in if they were closed. He said they were open but only for delivery. So why did they need us to come in?? Still on the phone, confused, and just wanting to grab a bite before our flight, I asked if we could order delivery and have it delivered right outside. Seemed like it would be easier. He said, "No, come in." ???? I told him were already there. He asked what I wanted. I asked, "Can I gave your name please?" "Whats yours?" "Sorry? Im just asking for your name before we order." "Give me yours Ill give you mine." Thats when I realized this was all just a big game to him. I dont know who he was, he had a deep voice and sounded professional initially. Maybe hes a rogue employee trying to mess with customers. Maybe hes the owner. I have no idea but Im extremely unhappy with my experience.

horrible food, never order from here, I ordered the 3 cheese flautas for $6.95 added pork for $3.95 it was suppose to be meat and cheese they put cold salsa in the middle a pinch of cheese and oily flavorless pork. I called and asked for the address so that I could take it back because this is not what I asked for. I didnt want a chef special wanted what was described this is my 1st and last time ordering from this place. Oh and there fresh guacamole was brown by the time it made it to me. try lemon in it, it will keep it one color green like it should be

Worst customer service ever! Never would I order from them again! Ordered a burger and a quesadilla. Quesadilla was old like they put it in the microwave n let it sit. The burger was very cold, stale, and red in the middle! Fries was old, cold, and soggy. Food was almost an hour late! When called about my order the lady on the phone played as if she didnt speak English after asking for a manager! Will never order from them again! Will also call food department on them ASAP !

Horrible. Go to yelp look up my review on there,posted here but it was deleted or reported or I dont know but people should know. This food is like county/jail food if not worse! Keep the money,you need it more than I do,but please treat customers better with better food! Ill never order from LAX diner again! Oh and calling is futile,they pick up and hang up or just speak like you cant understand them.

We were looking for a restaurant close to the hotel. You can find lots of common branded chains... but we saw this local restaurant on google maps with good comments. I want to add mine ! Very nice owner, well decorated place, large choice of food (mexican, asian, american, italian...), and delicious food ! It was worth the visit and at least this authentic experience for my family (we are french)

Very rude! order never showed up. The "manager" who barely spoke english claimed there were no orders on the books when I called to check on my now 2 1/2 hours late order....yet he wouldnt let me place a reorder because he didnt want a conflict with the "online company" total customer service fail. THE VERY WORST PART THOUGH IS THAT LIVE NOT EVEN 2 BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE RESTAURANT!

The only good thing about this place is that its open 24 hours. They can take pretty long with your food and they can be pretty rude. Also, their food is not so great its ok. It does the job if its late and theres nothing else open. I tried the nachos and the cheese was so thick it was not even good. The cheeseburger was ok. Wont be going back!

The chicken fajitas I orders were inedible because the chicken was so over cooked and had it was like eating cardboard. When I asked for a replacement or refund they said sorry cannot. So I just threw away 10 bucks because I couldnt eat the food

This place is the biggest scam. DONT ORDER FROM THERE. They will keep hanging up on you after you pay the money and will no deliver the food. If they deliver it will be 3 hrs later and the food is disgusting. I filed a complain already !!!!

This restaurant doesnt even deserve 1 star. THEY HAVE RATS! They have underage girls serving beer and very unprofessional and unorganized. I will be calling the food department, they need to be shut down.

The meals are simple, and delicious. Nothing was over seasoned or over cooked. Soft lighting, courtious host, and tables for large or small parties. The food was hot and fresh. I will be back.
