The customer service was awful. When we arrived they told us it would he a 15 minute wait. We came back 10 minutes later and they said they had called us a long time ago. So we ended up waiting almost 20 more minutes. Then as u was sipping my coffee I asked the waiter for water, he obviously had forgotten because i had to remind him about 10 minutes after our food came for my water. We were also overcharged. The absolute worst service Ive had at any IHOP before.

The staff here are polite, friendly, and efficient but the management chronically understaffs the store so they are often overworked. I have been there when there is one waitress for the entire restaurant and she has to ring up and bus tables as well as taking orders and bringing food. Parking is also an issue as it shares this corner of the strip mall with a Chipotle. There are only 8 spaces for 15-20 tables. Woefully inadequate.

The smallest IHOP ever. We were a party of 8. Took over 1 hour to seat us on a Saturday morning. When they seated us the gave us seating for 6. Had to wait another 20 min just to get coffee. The manager was screaming at the employees. Took 45 min just to get our food. Another 5 min for us to get utensils to eat our food. By then our food was cold. WORST IHOP EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

ordered from 55+ -- received 2 miniature sized pancakes with my order. I asked why so small. Waiter told me because it was from the senior special. Therefore, I ordered 1 additional regular sized pancake. Received 1 more miniature sized pancake for $1.69. The menu should indicate that the pancakes will be smaller than what is customary. Never received extra butter.

Came in, hostess(male) was a dbag. Walked in and waited for 10 mins for him to add in his tips for the night. Was seating. Waited from 11:02 to 11:23 before just getting up and walking out. Shouldnt have to wait 20mins to just order pancakes. Such a waste of time. Fail. Then headed to fantastic burger off cherry. Then it was a good night.

I had to put 1 star to write a comment but i give it -4 stars we went in it was pretty empty they took 10 to take order then after 50 minutes of waitng we walk out on our way out they ask y if oir food is laying there waiting to be taken to us god know for how long never coming back to this ihop

Terrible food, service was just as poor. The food taste fake it was a horrible breakfast experience, never again and i recommend people dont eat there unless you want to waste your money and time. They deserve zero stars.

Over charged for everything. Asked for milk for coffee got charge for a full cup, didnt get a proper serving of ham got charged over 3 for another slice. Poor service. Not coming back.
