If you go to jack in the box you know what your expecting as far as food goes. What stands out about my experience today was the customer service. So many times I go to a fast food restaurant and they dont ask if I want sauce with what I order. Every time I order fries and I forget to ask for ketchup it angers me that I have no ketchup to eat with my fries. Or some times they are so stingy they give us only 3 ketchup and we have to ration our ketchup so we dont run out before the fries. Simple things like this adds motivation to not eat out as much. It seems like fast food chain nowadays are lacking in customer service thats what make this encounter so unique. First it started with a simple verification that everything I order was correct. Then as I drove up he smiled and ask if I would like any sauce. The employee was really nice and his smile seemed natural. Long story short there are still people out there who cares about customer service. If I am ever undecided on where I want to eat at night Ill pick this place because of the kindness this man displayed.

i usually love eating the jalapeño poppers from jack, Ive even here a total of 3 times and they messed up my order every time , the first time they gave me old jalapeño poppers - YES OLD - they deep fried them twice and they tasted completely gross even my dog chewed it back out , the second time they forgot my hash brown sticks and the third time they gave me my fries super salty i couldnt even eat them. i called each and every time to complain and all they said was come back but i honestly dont have time to go out of my routine to stand back in line and wait for them to re-make the food i already paid for when it could have been done the right way the first time . not to mention they are stingy with the ketchup & ranch :/ never again

Going to buy some cheddar fries but first I really needed to go to the bathroom... this perky guy, with a fifties and very blonde comb and quite soft manners, tells me that I need to make a purchase. I am going to, but I need to go now, I said. Sorry, policy, he says, with a smirk in his face. I really implored, to no avail. Way to go, perky-guy-in-a-power-trip, way to go. I hope he becomes something that that lack of empathy he showed is not important.

Worst Jack ever! Went to drive thru and as soon as I pulled up my food was out the window, order was completely wrong. I ended up with the wrong items and missing items. The fries were cold. My daughters kids meal chicken strips were so hard she couldnt eat them. Complete waste of my money. Never going here again.

Just came home with the best bacon ultimate cheeseburger theyve ever given me.. dang it looks just like the picture. With a side of large curly fries and large vitamin water+ two bags of mini cookies... gonna be a great night LOL. Great job guys...

If I could give it negative starts I would! I went for a simple breakfast sandwich last Friday and to my disgust, the egg was rotten!!!! GROSS! How could you do this to your customers? Careless people working there! Dont come to this jitb!
