Food quality I give 4 stars. Service 1 star. Went there today 3/5/17 for breakfast. We proceeded to get our food. Went for a 2nd time and nobody had gone to serve our table not even to sign the receipt. We thought okay its busy. But then this server named PATTY served the table right next to us and completely ignored us. I kept looking at her maybe shell get the hint we needed or plates picked up. But nothing. So I walked over to her and asked her very nicely if she could send someone to service our table bc nobody had gone. Well she didnt even let me finish my sentence when she told me "WHERE YOU SITTING AT" she was very rude. Maybe it wasnt her day. Whatever it was she shouldnt act like that towards customers that just want to enjoy a good breakfast.Just giving everyone a heads up. Watch out for grouchy PATTY.

Este es un lugar ideal cuando vas con la familia y tienen gustos diferentes, así q aquí cada quien come lo q quiere y cuánto quiere, el lugar es agradable, hablan español, el personal es amable pero en ocasiones la comida esta salada, desabrida, o simplemente no está buena para comer, deberían probar la comida antes de q la coma el cliente.

Horrible place! Went there yesterday - stations were empty and noone was in a rush to bring more food out. Carving station was empty too, no deserts at all - people were standing waiting for them to bring more deserts out but employees were just passing by not evening trying to check and see if anything had to be refilled. I stood by deserts station for like 10 minutes with an empty plate hoping someone would bring some deserts! Employees were too busy getting themselves sodas and food instead of serving people. I have never seen anything like that before! We will never ever ever go there again! NEVER!

First time in many years that I come back to this location. Same old decor. Not the cleanest restaurant. The hand dryers were not working in the restroom. The food was all basic buffet. I didnt come back expecting anything different. The Golden Corral is a step up and there is no reason to come here really anymore note that Golden Corral is now in town. I hear Hometown Buffet has been closing many locations and has filed for bankruptcy and I could see why. Im giving it 3 stars because I was treated nicely, I came here not expecting anything great about it, and at the end I went home full.

Havent been to one in quite awhile and was disappointed with this one. The service was kinda bad. Also a bit slow. Seemed like one lady was doing everything herself for awhile. The plates werent as steamy like usual so hesitant to try their food. and it seemed like some of the dishes werent cleaned properly or all the way. Half the food was plain and bland. The salad bar plates were cracked in a few places each except the few good ones. And there desserts was lacking in variety and they failed to have their dishes out and ready for people to use.

Never will I go there, it was and has been the worse experience my family and I have had. The management was not doing there job employees look like they were just walking around and not doing there job. when I went outside to take a breather i saw one of the managers eating and smoking at the same time it looked like he was on break, when the restaurant is so busy how can that happen. So I told my family we need to leave and went off to a much better place. this all happen on 4/28/13

Asian Wednesday was a joke. Salmon is way to salty. Staff sucks. Hanging out chatting not working. The guy working stir fry ate more and talked more then worked. Deserts are poor quality, dirty ice cream station and no chocolate sauce. This place was empty, not busy. No excuses. Our server showed up thirty minutes after arriving. No meatloaf told Kielbasa had to go before it would be put out. What is that about? The place was a joke tonight. 40 bucks for a lie.

Horrible! What happened to Hometown Buffet?? all the food was nasty. I had wonder why so many locations had closed but when i saw this one open I decided to go eat but whoever is the new owner went cheap. Nothing taste good and they dont pick up the dishes. Theyre trying to make money but sooner or later is going to close since theyre making food with cheap product. It looks like imitation food from the ORIGINAL HOMETOWN BUFFET. NEXT TIME GOLDEN CORRAL!

My family came out here for a vacation, and i got the flu, headaches and my nose was full of slop, my niece also threw up after leaving this place, and my sister also had a stomach ache after eating from this ridiculous place. I would not suggest to eat here unless you have plenty of medicine to take after you eat here. After eating the food I immediately got sick and the rest of my family got sick also. I would suggest Dennys across the street.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS! -This restraunt is dirty as heck. I went to go grab a spoon but there was no spoons! So I decided for a fork and guess what? When I grabbed my first fork there was a chunk of food on it. DISGUSTING! The only nice thing are he workers they are generous. The floor is dirty, the tables could use some work, and the food could be better. PLEASE find another HOMETOWN BUFFET dont eat here!

So I went for breakfast and first of all, the whole restaurant is unorganized. There were raw mushrooms where the clean forks are at. All the food was either over seasoned or undercooked. The orange juice was pretty good but the chocolate milk was watery and a grayish color which I dont even think is healthy. The restrooms were extremely dirty (I barely managed to turn off the water). I wouldnt recommend it.

The worst place ever! The food was so gross. The walls were so nasty and dirty. The plates and cups were just as bad. I wish wish we would have looked up reviews before hand. Staff was rude. Gentlemen (Jessie) at the front did not look us in the eye not once. He looked disgusted when we walked in. We showed him a coupon he did not even look at and stated they dont honor them. Throw up worthy food!

Food was decent, facilities need repair.. going to the bathroom was a mistake.. service was only okay we had two people come to our table and address us but that took time staff was friendly but this place needs more that poor guy was running all over the place before he got to us... also trash all over the server area looked like a public dumpster area (trash everywhere and trash can was over flowing)

Not sure if its Hometown Buffet or Chuck E. Cheeses. On weekends it gets packed and parents let their kids run around like its the park. The last thing you want when carrying a hot plate of food to your table is a kid cutting you off while theyre running full speed. Unfortunately management doesnt feel the need to do anything about it so it might take a lawsuit before they finally wake up.
