The cashier was nice with good customer service. But the second lady I tried to ask a question was very rude to me. I guess she couldnt speak English which should be illegal! And on top of that she had poor customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and he was also rude and barely spoke English & was nonchalant about my concern of the rude worker who works in the back. I dont care if you work in the front or the back. Youre work with the public so you should represent your employers better than that.

When will you guys ever get my order right. Its literally not that hard to read the damn monitor. Guy in the front surely didnt care since he basically rushed our order and acted like he didnt want to be there. Go home. Its not our fault you hate your job. I payed for food not attitude.

The food was delicious, just like any other Jack in the Box, the 3 stars are awarded because the entire seating area was a mess. There was seats and tables scratched up with names and written all over. We had to clean our seats before eating, as well as our table.

So me and my friends came here at 12:30 am and guess what they didnt have enough for 2 milshakes so we only got 1 and then they said at last minute they didnt have enough for the 1 milkshake like seriously bruh!! -_- just dont come here.
