Food was great... Thumbs up for the cook.... Whomever it was..... But guy taking order in drive-thru kept asking "anything else guys?" even though it was only me placing the order And not a guy!!! I can let him slide in regards to calling me a guy because I do have a bad cough.... Then when I get to the window.... His cell phone rings and he picks up call and starts talking to his buddy with no regards to customers or other employees that ended up giving me my order. He needs to get trained better in regards to customer service.

Poorly served food, undercooked, nobody pays any attention to customers when they are ready to order. Food takes 15-20 to receive. The restaurant is filthy and the tables are always all dirty especially the restrooms. There is only 18-20 yrs olds working there and they are always listening to music while they are cooking. The managers are careless, dirty and unprofessional. This is the worst jack in the box I have ever been too

It seems that the only prerequisite to work the drive thru is to have a pulse and be able to tie your own shoes (even the latter prerequisite is questionable). I came in today and the cashier got my order wrong. Instead of apologizing or just acknowledging she made a mistake, she just snatched the bag of food back. So not only is this cashier a moron, but shes also rude on top of that.

Was there at noon ....there mghtt be a possible card skimming going on there mtg...be aware of your associates... After my visit around 4pm I received a fraud alert purchuse in HP rite aid for $175... I live on the other side of town...

Health services check there that problems need clean kitchen and restroom. They need fix plummer restroom. Not good health I smell strong area tables from restroom. Suppose shutdown. Who get sick and stomach. Dont buy eat foods.

Horrible Jack in the box Ive been to ever. The overall service was awful, they were rude, slow and could careless if they leave you standing there waiting to order for about 5mins. Completely terrible

It never ever fails. Order the Spicy Chicken Crispy Sandwich with cheese. They will give you BURNT AF CHICKEN with No Cheese. Fk this location with no vaseline
