Havent been to this location in a long time, now I remember why. I got there, had to wait for a table, which was fine. But when we were seated, no one came to our table to say hello or take our drink order, not even the bus boy. We sat there for a good 10 minutes before I just got up and left. Horrible service, inconsiderate staff, and dont know what else is bad. In my opinion, forget going to this IHOP location, I know of other locations with better service. Overall, I rate their overall performance as PISS POOR.

Came in today Wednesday, December 23 at around 8:00pm. There was no customers waiting, we were the only family waiting there, all we heard was two different people "Well be right with you" and no one came...... 10 minutes passed and still no one came to sit us. We just got up and left. Its such a dissapointment that youre craving something, you go to one of your favorite spots and customer service is really awful. Disappointed, because they werent even busy at all!!

Currently going on 15 min of waiting to get one employee to greet me, say hi, ask if I want a table or anything. No hostess, waitresses keep looming and not saying anything. Now there are three groups behind me too. And whats worse...only 4 tables have customers. All the employees are talking to one another. Leaning on the counter. Not a single one has made an attempt to talk to a customer. If I ran this place Id be pretty ashamed.

I took my mom to eat breakfast for mothers day. The waitres was rushing us to place an order. And they gave my husband a dirty glass with food stains.waitres dint even come to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything else. Just horrible service never again!!! Shame IHOP in Rosemead you suck!!!

The worst service the coffee cup had lipsticks on it the waitress was confuse and Kept getting 2 different waitresses took forever to so i could make my order and my order was still wrong . I asked for tomatoes and onions in my eggs but they brought me a side of tomatoes on the side .

My second bad review of breakfast places in Rosemead. The first was Dennys (down the road). Here at IHop all I can say is, terrible service. Food was lousy. Sausage cold. Food was slopped on the plate. Looked horrible and tasted terrible. I will never go back there.

My family and I loved this IHOP. Great service and very clean. I loved their veggie omelette. Only one negative complaint, they should have Coke instead of Pepsi.
