Worse customer service, my husband and I approached the drive thru to order my son a two piece chicken strip and one egg roll. The guy in the window asked us to park to the side to wait for our food (at this point weve waited about 15 minutes) saying there was only one person working in the back and the chicken strips were going to take a while, this whole time hes been standing around staring at the screen, let me mention there was no customers inside. We pulled over to the side , my husband decided to get off and ask them for the food or a refund, the cook seemed like she didnt know what she was doing, very unorganized. At this point we asked for the manager who was at the time in the restroom, eventually came out and asked us if we wanted her to make our food or the money back and we asked for our money back, then she explains to us (THE MANAGER) that she had to call her boss because she didnt know how to do a refund yet. We were so upset so we just walked out with no food or our money back! Never coming here again! service is horrible !!!!

You drive through here ten times, and there will be four times that you dont get everything you ordered. Sometimes onion rings, sometimes fries, sometimes burgers!!! I mean whats the point if i pay for a meal from you and i cant even get full??? I drive through there so many times even they always make stupid mistakes just becuz this one locates on my way home from school, but from now on, im definitely never gonna go there since they "took" (maybe they forgot, but cant you take one min to check the order before hand it to me??) my order again which made me rly rly mad this time. It should be a one star review. The second one is for the only nice lady works there.

It was slow I got my jumbo Jack with sourdough bread instead of regular... was on point ....the staff was cool....it was about 7pm I dipped in and dipped out ...my time is not wasted so easy if any fast food tries to steal my time I bounce quick never to return these guys were fast.....

the bacon & swiss burger Took a bite of the burger and the swiss cheese still had the paper, Took the burger back for a new one, It was super greasy. And the cashier gave me coupon for next visit. Which is not even worth it. Also waited in drive thru for at least 20min

A little shady, and the bathroom has graffiti etched in it, but honestly its a pretty good Jack in the box. The worst thing that will happen is someone asks you to buy. A mysterious phone (actually happened) then walk away. Workers are super nice.

Good and decently priced food, ate some chicken nuggets here this time and theyre not greasy or have a bad aftertaste, I like that the drink machine has so many options and they close quite late which is very handy.

11/16/16 my lady is pregnant and mainlywent to get an egg roll. Thats the one thing they didnt give us. Not only that, we are trying to call and let them know. No answer.. it wasnt even busy at the time we went..

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no other customers in the store and wasnt served. Worst service ever - finally left. It appears as though cleanliness is an issue as well, a Jack-in-the-Box trademark.
