I grew up going to the Chino location. Spent many special occasions there with the family over the years. I hate to say it but the La Verne doesnt compare. Not in food or customer service. The staff isnt to friendly to be honest. I feel like every time I go in there Im an inconvenience to them. Even when I call in my order for pick up they are very unprofessional. I order the same items everytime I call yet get charged differently by different people. One person charges me 5.99 for salsa and 5.99 for the chips. 12$ for a cup of salsa and chips? And other times they charge me 5.99 just for salsa and it comes with the chips. So how much is it? 12$ or 5.99? Over all the food is ok. But the service lacking for sure.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Terrible food not authentic at all it like the Americanzed version a terrible one at that. The owner Patricia Macaias has extremely poor customer skills and is racist. Saying this from first hand experience not rumor. I also went with my friend of mine a 9yr war veteran hes a little off and has PTSD and she called him a druggie because he didnt like the food there and calmly gave her a legitimate answer. Eat there if you want to waste your time and money and be treated poorly. Smh

I go to Mi Ranchito almost every week, I love it. The manager is rude and unprofessional though and, she definatly needs some lessons in etiquette and customer service. I love the food thought and it is fast. The wait staff are the best, they are always very nice and polite. Their chips and salsa are awsome. But they really need a new manager!!! You should try it out if you have never been, just try not to go as much on Friday or Saturday night that is when the manager is there, usually.

Two words. Gnocchi verde. Some of the best gnocchi Ive ever had, including Italy. Covered in creamy flavorful bechamel sauce, it practically melts in your mouth. Food here is excellent. They give you free bread with a sun dried tomato olive oil! I really enjoyed my dish but also had food envy with all the tables next to me. Im not sure if its the norm, but the restaurant smelled like roasted garlic. Sadly, they wouldnt sell me any.

The best part of lunch today was sharing it with my Daddus. If you want really great Mexican food in LaVerne go to LaPaloma. Have a Cadillac margarita & a shrimp enchilada. Yum. In Rancho Cucamonga for great Mexican food go to El Cerito on Archibald. You wont be disappointed. A little further East in Fontana go to La Tapitio on Baseline & Cherry. They know how to make Chili Verde burritos!

Terrible service. Had a coupon for 1/2 off and went. AFTER ordering, about 15 minutes later waitress said wouldnt honor coupon. Said it was a different location Mi Ranchito owned by another family member where coupon is offered. We asked why that had La Verne address on it, and wouldnt say anything. Talked to owner and she was RUDE about it. We used to frequent often, never go there again.

First time ever writing a review. The food was pretty good. The drinks however were horrible and tasted nothing like advertised. Talked to the server about taking the drink back and was given two options, either give it back and still be charged or pay for an extra shot. Customer service was horrible. Only reason Im here is for a birthday and would never recommend it to anyone.

Todays visit was great, the server was most cooperative although a little too busy. On my last visit the server was a child, he wouldnt let me substitute the rice for more beans. This place is usually pretty good thats why go back.

Amazing food, and amazing service. The staff is always so happy. They have a full bar, and the drinks are well priced and made to perfection. Stop by for an amazing Mexican dinner, or just to have some drinks and conversion!

Fantastic place for awesome drinks and great food. Their house margaritas are strong and taste great. Lunch specials are really good. Also great for a company party, they have a private room in the back, I love this place.

Went there for dinner. Service was slow. Ordered a side salad that never ended up coming but they still tried charging us for it. Food was ok, but not really worth the price. Probably wont be going back.
