Used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Then it got sold to some investor group in New York. And the tear down of Pei Wei begun by getting rid of the Blazing Noodles, then they got rid of the Spicy Korean, then they started making the portions smaller and charged the same as they used to charge for the larger portions, then they started charging extra to get rice noodles instead of rice, then they took away the napkins and replaced them with cheap ones, then removed the best items from the menu as they were not profitable and they needed to reduce the amount of ingredients they use to increase shareholder return and reduce expenses. Then they stopped having chopsticks and soy sauce on the table and you had to get up and get it yourself. Then they stopped having oranges with the lemons that you could squeeze in your water, and it is just progressively getting worse. I used to rate this place five stars, but honestly I am being generous with three.

Food was good. We got veggie Kung Pao spring roll and a side of lo mein noodles. It was disappointing not to have any lettuce wrap options without meat. There was an option but then you dont get mushrooms or water chestnuts which is basically the best part of the lettuce wrap. Interior: There were flies in the restaurant which was pretty gross I prefer when Im sitting down inside a restaurant that theyre not flies around me

Staff is always very accommodating with our special request items. But as expected, any deviation from the Normal menu is a nightmare, when you are talking about chain places like these. I guess I dont expect much from an American-Chinese place; just so you know, this is NOT a family style restaurant, you get your own plate, and NO sharing.

Used this place for a party we hosted. The food was really good but I thought wed get more for what we paid. Portion sizes are fairly small, maybe thats typical. Probably a good place to go for a single meal but wouldnt recommend for a larger scale event.

Many notches above Panda Express. Love all the noodle dishes and Chinese entrees, but stay away from their sushi. My only complaint is the food doesnt come out in a timely manner.

We used to love Pei Wei and went there at least a couple times a month. Not sure what happened, but the menu and quality of food just isnt what it used to be.
