In more ways than one this is a tough place to deal with. I have ordered take-out several times and they always fail to pack all of the items. When I have called back to complain about not giving me all of the items ordered, I was placed on hold for more than five minutes. When I asked for the manager I was told he was "on a break." The food quality is poor. The beef is tough and of poor quality for the price. If you want a Japanese food experience, I would recommend Miyabi Japanese Steak House in La Verne. The food is high quality and you get what you pay for. The service at Miyabi is by professional servers who really know what they are doing.

Food Was mediocre at best -- salad - was bagged salad with some ginger dressing, miso soup has nothing much in it - except a few pieces of tofu and seaweed. main dishes were what you would expect at a panda express or the like (presented a little better). Definitely nothing to write home about... keep looking if you crave great Asian food... Note: this was takeout -- there was also a lot of packaging -- and they couldnt combine common dishes for multiple people (such as putting 2 or 3 salads in 1 container instead of 3)

We ate teppanyaki here. They use good food. But cant cook it properly. Too mush salt on every dish. Some vege burned too much. Ribeye steak asked for medium, but came out medium well(my steak is too thin to cook it medium. Maybe New Yorker wouldnt be so dry.and I saw other table had thicker ribeye steak...I had bad luck) They should never cook 6 meals at the same time. Its impossible to cook 3 piece stake right with 3 other different seafood. The seafood were great(fresh&hard to be over cooked).

Food is pretty good for how quickly everything is made right in front of you. The show that the cook puts on is fun! Staff has always been awesome, aside from one girl at the host desk that I see every time I go. The prices double from lunch to dinner for almost the exact thing so I suggest going for lunch if you want to save money. I recommend booking a table as they seem to always be busy.

This place has changed over the last few years. I just dont think it is very good anymore. I have other friends who have also stopped coming here my fried rice was tasteless and very dry. My calamari tasted tough and old. I was just not happy with my last visit and I spent more than $100 for 2 people

Its ok, for the price you expect better food, been to places that have the same cooking styles and same price that are way better, the service was good but $130 for 2 adults and 2 children under 10 you expect better quality. But if you go for the show then just remember that your paying for that.

Had a time good time here, customer service good, rolls were good, steak n shrimp were good. My husband liked the big candle they lit for him on his birthday wink wink. However, the potions were way too tiny for the price. Enjoyed our time but not coming back.

The family and I come here once in a while for the great food and funny cooks. The cooks always have something fun for us to watch, like onion fire volcanoes or spatula "music." The food is always of high quality and the service is ok.

Absolutely delicious! I LOVED the sauteed garlic mushroom . A must try ! Also tried and loved the salmon skin hand roll and spider roll. Either way everything I tried on the menu was delicious! Super friendly amazing staff too ♡

Standard hibachi place. Very nice staff and the food is good. I had the New York strip steak and it was tasty. The Rainbow Roll and California Roll were both excellent. I would go for sushi next time and skip the grill.

Weve only eaten at the Sushi bar, but the food is great. Weve tried several other Sushi restaurants in the area and none compare. Prices are very reasonable. Salmon teriyaki is great too. You cant go wrong here.

This food is very yummy! The grill is always nice to sit at and have a good laugh while watching them cook for you. They have lots of choices on the menu. I also love adding the Cajun spice to whatever fish I get.

I come here quite often for sushi. Although a little expensive the sushi is high quality and the lunch special is a good deal. The food off the grill is also generally great and the show is fun to experience.

Love this place! Fresh fish! Sitting at the sushi bar gives you a great view of the sushi rolls being created! Also a teppan grill if you have a large party
