My experience here wasnt very good.. I recently was introduced to the Royal English Breakfast Late and kinda forgot the name... I said royal English breakfast tea iced and even said I think thats what its called... ( so they knew I was a little unsure from the beginning) The guy was nice and rung me up and did say it would take 4 mins... 10 mins passed and another girls drink was just sitting there so she asked to be passed her drink I guess they forgot about her.. Then I figured they must have forgotten about mine too.. And when I asked about my drink the girl was kinda quick with me.. she didnt say anything reassuring she just walked away and then this other girl says what size? And then I said grande... She then went to grab a cup for warm drinks and the guy said no she wants it iced... And she was a little weird about that and said iced??? I dont know what the big deal was but clearly they forgot about my drink... Then they gave me the regular iced tea and I questioned her and said shouldnt it have milk in it? And the girls flipped their lids saying what??? I heard her, she didnt say late now she wants late??? ..... The guy was willing to be mature and just make the correction but the girls need attitude adjustments for sure... Your Starbucks!! Things like this are not uncommon to happen at Starbucks. You picked the wrong place to work if you have a problem with switching out a drink... End of story very bad customer service!! And I dont write reviews but this just made me upset.. I couldnt imagine treating someone like that let alone acting like that at work... Losen up ladies... Relax. Its just a drink. I feel bad for the guy having to deal with them every day. The drink is incomparable to the Starbucks on Artisia- they make drinks better over there and service too.

i have been to this location several times and it never took more than a few mins to grind the coffee i bought from there. but this time on the 4th of july i buy my coffee and they ask me if i want it grinded i said yes. they asked what type of filters i have. i told them the one that looks like a cupcake holder. so they take the coffee bag and i sit directly across from the register . i had no problem waiting 10 mins since it was slightly busy but then 15 mins rolls by and i had seen several sets of people come and go in a timely manner. they lady at the register asked me what i was waiting for i told her for my coffee to be ground like you asked. 10-15 more mins rolls by and was getting annoyed badly i asked them excuse me is my coffee ready yet this is taking too long. they asked me again what i was waiting for i said for you guys to grind my coffee i told you already. so one guy approached me and asked what type of filter i have i explained to him again. he said it was important that i tell him exactly what filters i have so they do the grind correctly. seems to me that the consistant cash flow of these quick drinks is more important than customer care and satisfaction .i will not be buying my coffee from this location again i like starbucks but today was terrible almost 45 mins for coffee grind.

Crude, Raw and untamed personalities behind this Barista Bar. Good drinks, good attitudes for the most part. Very small and not very comfortable, with only 4 tables and wooded chairs that cant be sat on for more then 15mins! More than 8 table-tops outside and yes they are more unconvertible then the inside ones (black metal). This Starbucks needs a major upgrade like the rest. After enjoying my drink for more the a few a hours I noticed this location dont smell like coffee. As a matter of fact it dont smell like nothing its clean and odorless, I personally like this. Plenty of parking, relatively safe neighborhood nothing special about this atmosphere. The partners are nice. Only one restroom UniSex. Watch out ladies. long lines in the early a.m like most location. I give this a 3 star based on the location size and unconvertible chairs. The partners are the only good thing keeping the 3 stars alive. Over all needs improvement. *Soon the other will open across the street rumor has it.

Nice and clean location, they do have a public restroom that is very clean. But when I was taking photos to share on Google the employee here said "no pictures" in the middle of my shots, even though I was not involving any people just store shots to share. I told him what they where and was not including any customers or employees, but he was like I dont care next time no pictures. Personally he made me feel very uncomfortable and didnt not like the way his attitude was towards me. He had a negative energy that was unnecessary to give any customer that is why I am reflecting this on the star review. I personally think this was very rude and did not like the way he approached me and could only imagine how he would treat other customers that are doing things. I was simply trying to contribute in a positive way.

Lucky Thirteen

Ive been to this Starbucks a hand full of times and I have only had one decent experience. Its great if you like to stand around watching the employees stand there gossiping loudly about their inappropriate personal lives. Also if you like to wait around for long periods of time for lukewarm soggy sandwiches. Im so proud of our State. In a few years people with absolutely no passion, integrity or talent, just like the employees in this Starbucks, will be making $15 an hour. THEY SUCK!!!

The lady making the coffee called my name twice and when I got there I mentioned that I ordered 2 coffees not one, she replied " I can only do one coffee at the time" while she was just talking to her co worker about some bbq restaurant . If you work in customer service and you will give your customers attitude you are in the wrong line of business, this is the very first time a Starbucks employee has been rude to me ever

Like other reviewers the staff is a hit or miss; I rather go to the Starbucks on Artesia. Sometimes it gets too crowded because this location has only couple of table inside so seating is limited. The outside patio however is much nicer and has more chairs.

Its a Starbucks. Located in a shopping plaza this is a fairly small space with limited seating and power outlets indoors and some seating outside. Service is good, wifi is good, parking is adequate, coffee is consistent with Starbucks.

Its a Community Starbucks where people actually walk in know each other and talk to one another. The employees are very cool too they know Us by name. And they know our drink preferences. Its Starbucks at its finest.

I bought an iced tea here and they offered an add on but failed to tell me they would charge me extra for the add on. Then when I complained they did not offer an apology and made no effort to correct the problem.

The baristas are great! Friendly & fast. The drinks are awesome! The sitting/dining area is small and be careful with the other customers, because they may unintentionally grab your drink.
