Have been coming here for a few months now and the place has only gotten better. Service is fast, the place is kept clean, and the Baristas are very friendly. I very unpredictable with my drinks but they do know what my favorite is. My only complaint was the Wi-Fi first it was very slow and second the coverage was really bad. I say "was" because they recently got Google Wi-Fi and now coverage is full bars even outside. The speed is awesome!!! I will continue to come come here.

This place doesnt even deserve ONE star..! The WORST customer service ever! No one is polite at all. An employee saw my drink ready at the end of the bar, and decided not to let me know after he took my order and was standing in front of me for 10mins and noticed my drink. By the time I saw my drink and tasted it, it was completely watered down and tasted awful. I asked for my drink to be remade and they did not make it properly at all. Everyone who works there is terrible

I had a worst experienced at this Starbucks today . The saddest part is I always depend on Starbucks coffee before I go to my class Cz it really wakes me up n I more focus then ever . Today I went drive thru n ordered white chocolate mocha with extra shot(grande) . On my way to sch I jus had a sip of my coffee n guess what , it was jus sweetened milk . Very very very disappointed. Im Gona tell them next time Ill go there . I cant trust them anymore .

This is the worst Starbucks in the world !!! Ordered a hot latte cascare in the mobile application, They made me ice. I asked to do hot as I ordered. They made the most disgusting latte without foam!!! Then I decided to do a cold one, since they do not know how to make hot! But they poured an acid-bitter muck, which I had to throw out! I would like to pour it into their throat!

So.... At 5am Im in the drive thru.... You see me but do not knowledge me. I wait... You ignore me... I get out of my car and come inside... Out of a staff of 3... 1 person say good morning.... I guess.... Trust me... I understand working mornings... I came at my lunch working in the casino... But keep this up... Imma refer ppl to the 7 eleven... *shrug*

As of December 2013, they have become REALLY stingy with the caramel sauce. They claim to never have it. I just called before going and they said that they are "limited" today. If you dont want whip cream and ask them for no whip, theyll still put some on it. Their lack of caramel sauce was my last straw. I am changing to a different Starbucks. -_-

This starbucks is the wrost thing they gave me 10 coffees that were all liquified and not even blended then i called and then this mamon said that i said they were liqufied he said that if i had hold them it oviously going to be liqufied and melted like wtf my house it like around the house it dhouldnt melt that much

The one thing I can say about this place is they had the absolute best customer-service the lady got our order wrong and not only did she remake it she gave us the 1 that was wrong all of the ladies that were there or so polite helpful and quick in our service I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone

Yo!!! Please clean the tables at some point today. I just seen a guest wipe the fattest gross wet booger on the side of the table. It was a once in a life time view I wish i didnt have to see but it happened so I think its my obligation to let you know. All of my other trips here have been pleasant.

Horrible customer service, employees are so rude, after placing order online and walking in to pick up order I ask to have my frapp done again, the employees keep ignoring me after I had their attention two employees were making faces and talking about me felt really unhappy and refuse to go back!!

Just ordered from the drive-thru and ordered two drinks the strawberry green tea and peach citrus tea and the person taking my order was very professional and informational. And knew her drinks very well. There should be an Aaliyah in every Starbucks drive-thru!!!!!

Slowest drive through Ive ever been to, everytime. No matter the day its been 35 minutes, Im still waiting Id rather walk in if I werent stuck. Never again this is rediculous. I wish you didnt have a drive through if your not going to be efficient and quick...
