Poor customer service is what you will receive if you go to this location at night. Daytime has the sweetest girls and the best from the guys in customer service. The fat guy with the scruffy beard is such a joke and lazy. Spends a lot of time talking to off duty employees running his mouth about what the real managers are doing wrong while the customer is waiting for him to do his real job and finish the darn drink. Tired of this lazy attitude from Starbucks employees who feel that we the customer have no choice and have to wait in lines forever waiting on lazy employees to not do there job. I think he must have invented the words poor (Shity customer service) customer service. What a bad attitude he has walking around acting like he is Donald Trump (Dictator of the world) owner and CEO of Starbucks. Get a grip A-hole, you work in a coffee shop and hand people a cup of coffee. Not like your saving the world or something. Its not like a real job Butt head. I will find another company for coffee because of fat boy the A-hole.

I see people are now looking for a better Starbucks to go to at night. Any other location is better than this one at night. Daytime is really good at this location. They should close the store after 5 PM. Night management has ran the words poor customer service to a new level. The guy with the beard needs to learn to wash his hands after dumping trash and before handling cups and drinks. No customer skills from night management.

I have been to many Starbucks. This was one of the worst I have ever been to. They did not know how to make a simple Carmel macchiato. I politely requested them to remake it because it did not taste very good and I my request was met with rude remarks and attitude. Once again when I received the drink it tasted worse. At this point I just threw it in the trash and left. Needless to say I will not return to this Starbucks.

This location is always slow. I can only imagine the staff is constantly under-staffed, and ill-prepared to meet demands of serving business professionals. Unless you want to wait 30 minutes to find out they lost your order, I would drive on to the next location for your Starbucks fix. Come back in a few years when this location replaces its workers with kiosks and robots.

Fast, but couldnt get my drink right. Shots separated and made my drink bitter. Should of mixed the milk and espresso sooner to prevent that. Still not bad. Update. Seen cleaner restrooms at a gas station. Defiantly not up to Starbucks standards. Unloved urine aroma accompanied with lots of paper products ALLOVER the floor and corners. Its a shame.

Good Baristas, good supply of snacks and cold brewed coffee, they dont tend to run out even though it tends to be crowded all the time. Only complaint would be that the inside tables are crammed together in a strange configuration. The outside tables, and there are many of them, are much nicer, but there is no sun protection.

This Starbucks is on the smaller side, and a bit narrow inside. The space is clean, staff are great, but be aware that seating can fill quickly! This also goes for the parking outside, which at times can be tough. The staff at this location are very nice!

These guys are wonderful!:) This is one of the few Starbucks I have been to in the area that has had as nice of an attitude as the other major string of cafes in the area. Would probably shop here often if I resided near this location.

Great place to study, work via laptop after 2pm. Before then its packed indoors. Plenty of beautiful outdoor seating space. Plenty of outlets/plugs indoor for charging. Free parking space in plaza lot shared with Ralphs.

Fast and friendly, just like you would hope. Lady ahead of me was sorting out her purse after ordering, holding up the line. The cashier quickly moved to a closed register and took my order to keep things moving.
