My dad went into order a iced chai tea latte dirt, he came out with a hot one. He said the guy told him it was cold. The guy name was Jesus, I went back and told him it was the wrong drink he grab it and threw it away and didnt even say a word. When he gave it back to me he said with a smart ass attitude here u go have a nice day. Didnt apologize or anything, I know they go through a lot of customers that are rude but I was not being rude. I just wanted the drink I wanted, will not be going back to that Starbucks ever again. I go to Starbucks often never had someone so rude.

Slow Slow Slow!! Even when theres hardly anyone in line inside or in the drive-thru, it took them over 10 minutes to make my drink. Not to mention when I asked for a green stopper, the barista had his hands all over it. Like Im going to stick that in my drink now! I ordered a Bacon Gouda sandwich and specifically said two times "no egg". I get back my sandwich with an egg. As I started to take the egg out it was still semi frozen and the cheese wasnt even melted. After a couple of bites, had to toss the whole sandwich . Will never go to this Starbucks again.

How long does someone have to wait for coffee?I dont leave reviews, mainly because I think its a waste of time, but the young lady taking orders in drive thru took our order in a rude manner, and proceeded to wait for our drinks for almost 20 minutes. Only to be handed our drinks without a thanks or sorry for the wait-nothing. Nada. If it werent the closest location to me, I wouldnt waste my time here.

I like this Starbucks, but theres not a lot of parking. Its not a huge place and theyre really big on drive through business, but theres ample AC outlets for mobile devices. Accessible for northbound travelers as this is on the east side of Hawthorne Boulevard where its divided by an island with parking between the north and southbound lanes.

The girl at the window was friendly. The problem is when you come into the drove way off of the side street, the order like is not accessible. There is no way to go around either, so we ordered at the window and they took forever to bring it to us. We had to go in to get it and it wasnt made correctly. Just a little disappointed

Been going to this location over 2 years, so sad Im moving offices and wont be seeing them anymore. Everybody is very friendly, yes it gets busy but they all work hard together and try their hardest to keep their customers happy and content. Always does my drink correctly, never fails. Thanks everyone for such a nice experience

Using the drive-thru is a luxury, if I was in a hurry, I would have parked my car and walked in or made a decision to choose another location! But my wait was pleasant, I text in line instead of sending text while Im driving! Had a problem with the goPay so they gave me a card for a free coffee on my next return.

I love this drive thru! Its convenient, and the Starbucks staff are great! However, the TRASH behind the building that is viewed by drive thru patrons is absolutely awful! They need to clean up the property! Ive mentioned this several times, and its just getting worse and worse! HELP!

They couldnt tell me what pastries they had and they didnt accept cash at the window. I was discriminated against due to my dreadlocks. They basically didnt want to sell me anything. Horrible experience. Never coming back to this specific location. It blows.

Service at this location is slow...not just when there is a crowd, but also when there are no customers. The employees seem to not feel in a rush to take your order and on many occasions theyve messed up my drink order.

Drive thru service was terrible, but going into the lobby, they were great! Whoever works drive thru needs to better their customer service but the people who oversee the lobby are unbelievably nice & serve fast (:

They didnt have the chorizo sandwhich thats on the menu but they were really awesome giving me other options for breakfast. My drink was great. Sandwhich was good. Service great. Drive thru was flowing pretty fast.

This full service Starbucks is much better than any other in the area so far. The drive thru is waay faster than the one on 120th. The baristas are very nice as usual and there is enough outdoor and indoor seating.

Pretty chill. A great place to loiter. Theres this one girl whose always in there on a Mac computer and ignores the do not smoke sign. Be careful of her and her extra triple caramel coffee.

Ive been here twice so far in the drive thru and both times theyve screwed up my order royally. Both times they screwed up not once, not twice, but THREE times!! That is just ridiculous!!
