Ive been coming to this Coffee Bean for years and have never had any problems, never met any rude employees. Everyone had always been really nice and friendly. I had stopped going in for a couple months over the holidays but started coming back in a few months ago. But the more times Ive gone in there now the more times Ive noticed that the feeling of the place has changed a bit. Its not quite as outgoing or happy? I wont go as far as to say the employees are not nice or helpful but they are just more... reserved now. Some of the employees are still super friendly but they are the ones I have know for years. Im guessing the changed is due to the manager Eric leaving? The GM they have now, Desire, is a complete nightmare to deal with. Of all my years going here I have never met such a rude worker. And I know it just cant be me either, she just does not seem to friendly towards anyone, not even the other employees, so much in fact that I feel sorry for the employees. It feels like a really somber atmosphere in the at times right now. If I knew what days and when she worked I would probably even go so far as to not go in during these times. The Coffee Bean franchise should seriously consider replacing her with a new GM. I really do not enjoy bad mouthing people at all but she just does not make this a nice place to go into anymore and she certianly does not make it seem like a nice atmosphere to work in either.

This coffee bean is ridiculous. Everyone that works there is rude, they say no to any request. No other coffee bean that I have visited has ever been so unaccommodating over a small request. For the money I put out and times a week at coffee bean this place is the worst. This particular store will no longer receive my business and will make sure to spread the word.

95% of the staff is truly friendly and helpful. I have a milk intolerance & when I ask for Almond/Coconut alternative, theyre polite & oblige. I also like the different snack/food variety at the counter. This location is also very clean & has handicapped accessible seating/entrance/parking avilable. Thank you for your patience & your wonderful service.

Excellent Customer Service.....Jasmine the GM was very kind and helpful. Gabriel took my order and was so very helpful. I come to this CBTL many times a week and these two associates are the best I hope they get recognized for the professionalism and great service. The best. Thank You

Desiree, Jasmine, Kimberly, Carissa and David are the best! They always have a smile when I walk in and have my drink ready before I even get to the counter. I know it is a simple gesture but in todays world small gestures mean a lot, keep up the good work!
