This is a really good CBTL location! Plenty of inside and outside seating, and walking distance from the mall. Grab a coffee and tea, sit outside and drink it, then head over to the mall to burn off that sugary energy! The staff here are always funny, fast and engaging. The hot chocolates are delicious! If youre in the area and looking for a snack, check out this CBTL. Pro tip - it may look like there are only a few spots to park in front - and there are. Dont bother parking there, just park in the larger parking spot directly south of the location.

Tranquil coffee spot that specializes in as many coffee drinks as it does tea drinks. As a matter of fact a barista told me, initially, this company only sold looseleaf tea in its inception. It has evolved to a better reputation than Starbucks in Manhattan Beach. Overall it gets four stars because it is missing the mark for coziness.

Never have I witnessed a bigger bunch of idiots working in one location. Afternoon weekday they can not wait on the customers because they are too busy talking to each other about what they did last night. LAZY dumb and mindless pretty well sums it up.
