We where visiting that area from Seattle and well we buy 4-6 cup a day from Starbucks. Well as a deaf person who creates deaf workshops all over the united state (over 100 a year) we visit many places and many Starbucks and we sometime document visits and how others react to a deaf person. After taking a photo and not of one with any employee in the frame but only of the presenter (Trix). One of the female barista started yelling at us about taking a photo in "Her" shop. She continued to yell, make obscene comments while her back was turned to us, (very disrespectful of people who are deaf) acting like some super star diva. She claimed to be the manager but when I asked for a business cards her name was not on it and all the while yelling and calling name in front of a full store. It is one thing to ask nicely it is another to act as a fool. She is an employee that needs to be fired ASAP there are far to many good people needing work to have someone like this employed. As an employer of over 150 I would have fired her on the spot, you never treat a customer like this and a Deaf costumer you can be looking at some talk time with an ADA lawyer.

Well Ive had good and bad experiences at this Starbucks. Generally the coffee is made well however I got extremely ill about half an hour after ordering a Soy Mocha Latte there. Food poisoning is tricky because its hard to tell what made you sick but my Dr said it was either old soy milk, maybe they left it out on the counter too long?, or old mocha syrup, they are supposed to change those regularly if they are not used but maybe they didnt this time! Ive been back since and I havent had problems, but that one experience just makes me cringe.

Ive started coming here to work in the evenings if I want to get out of my house. The staff is extremely friendly and will spark up a conversation while cleaning. Between 5 and 6 its a bit busy with people leaving work, but after 6 its completely empty and quiet. Other Starbucks in the area tend to stay pretty busy, but theres always room to work here. My only word of warning is bring a jacket. Thanks AC is cranked and Im usually a little cold if I end up sitting and working for a few hours.

I work near here and go to this place often for lunch, and have been for the past couple years. In fact, they get a lot of regulars from ther area. Its a nice location and always clean. Ive never had a problem there nor witnessed any customer conflicts. And whenever they made an error on my drink, theyd correct it without issue or complaint. The employees are friendly, but in a casual, homely kind of way, and the can be a bit boisterous about it.

Service is only good on Saturday mornings the girls are usually really nice. During the week not so good, the employees are usually grumpy. My biggest issue with this location though is that they always run out of the breakfast sandwiches. No matter what day of the week I stop in they are always out!! As much money as Starbucks makes youd think theyd come up with a better system to track their inventory more accurately.

Very dissapointed. Im lactose intolerante so I ordered a soy milk green tea frappe with no whip cream. They gave me my drink with whip cream on top so I kindly reminded them that I asked for no whip cream but the man snatched my drink and scrapped the whip cream out with a spoon. Leaving a good amount of whip cream in my drink still. He should have remade the drink, but I was too nice to ask.

Ive been to alot of Starbucks, mostly to study or work while on my laptop. This one is so loud, as in employees yelling and making noise, carrying on as if no one was there. I want to like it cause they have alot of nice outdoor seating and overall its a good layout for a coffee shop. But the employees here just detract from the atmosphere.

Starbucks are much further apart in this town compared to my hometown of Signal Hill. Not counting the one in the target store I had to drive quite a ways. However this is the standard Oasis. And my favorite ripe bananas are bountiful. And the girl at the counter was playfull. Nice experience for sure.

Visited Saturday morning, super friendly staff. Barista accidentally made my grande iced tea refill a venti instead & simply asked if I wanted more sweetener. Happy accident. Seems to have decent amounts of seating. Oh, and some of the parking is close enough for the wifi from your car.

I love this Starbucks. I order my things online when Im on my way to work, and they have it ready when I get there. Love their pastries, love their penne, love their Pike Coffee. Everyone, is so friendly. Order only people if you dont want to wait in line.

Amazed. I walked in and there was a line ago I thought Id have to wait a few minutes...wrong. Someone got a drink started for me and when I got to the register my drink was ready for me in about one minute after I walked in. Great job guys!

I am echoing with other reviewers that this particular Starbucks morning staff are inattentive, slow, and grumpy. Many customers waited over 10 minutes for their coffee. I hope this Starbucks gets more staff in the morning.

Near walmart. Lots of parking around. Super awesome nice staff. Corner store with good amount of outdoor patio seating, good amount of indoor seatings, includes a long table with outlets. Good wifi junkie place.

Standard Starbucks that gets moderately busy in the afternoon. Cool because there is outdoor seating, and plenty of parking in the plaza lot.
