This is Mixed review. My wife and I love to take our nephews out every once and a while 7 and 9 to show them a good time. We where in the neighbor hood and I love this place, because of the food and the sports. The different combinations of souses and wings is second to non. The combinations of different sports playing live is awsome, because there is never a dull moment. However! I usually sit at the bar, where the service is perfect. But as my first time as a family experience with kids It sucked. Excuse my language. But What the F for failure. We walk in the hostess was nice stumbled with where to put us. Then chose a seat. there where probably 30 tables in that main entrance area and 5 of them with families filling them up. It was early afternoon so I am sure there was a shirt change. But it was at least 15 minutes for anyone to say hello to us. 1. As business owner this is my pet peeve 5 employees standing around chatting with each other. I know it was a slow time in the day, but team work people. If our server was behind she needs to ask for help, and all those employees need to notice us sitting there waiting for some attention. 2. When she finally did we put our oder in too we had plenty of time. The drinks to about 10 minutes to get there then the food another 30 minutes. 3!!!! When the food got there it was bones and we ordered boneless. 4. at that point we have two starving kids who we want to share this great experience with and the are filled up on drinks twice and are probably losing their appetite. So I must mention we have been there for 55 minutes and no food. after and order it shouldnt take more then 30 minutes and now it is another 15 minutes. The games where entertaining the food was great but the service was terrrible. They did give us a food goof discount, but man. We want a good experience not a free one.

I go here every time they show any MMA or Boxing events, and here is my take on the pros and cons of those Friday/Saturday event nights at BWW: Pros: NO COVER CHARGE for UFC/Boxing. Fun, exciting atmosphere. Its hard not to get into whatever sporting event is happening on one of the many flat panel TVs lining the massive dining area, and frankly you should expect things to get a little rowdy (in a good way) during dinner. They have a decent selection of beers on tap (only one IPA, unfortunately) and the food is good enough to keep you satisfied while enjoying the entertainment. Have had great service here (there is a cherubic black woman whose name escapes me, but her service was incredible; she remembered our entire partys orders from 3 weeks earlier!) Cons: Save a few of the stellar servers, there are big wait times and generally poor service abound. If an event starts at 6, you had better show up at 5, and they have a policy in which your party wont be seated until EVERYONE is there. Seriously, tell those friends of yours that like to take their sweet time getting ready that its actually starting an hour or more earlier so you can arrive on time. If you show up late, youre probably going to be watching from out front (yeah, I know). Weve had several instances of 30-45 minute wait times for food and drink, but usually those are balanced out by the fact that were watching a PPV event for free. All in all, its a great place to feed your sport addictions and get drinks and wings, but be aware going in that you will most likely be having to flag one of the many employees rushing around a few times to get your orders in and out.

Worst experience at any restaurant Ive ever had, with the exception of the friendliness of our server. To start off when we placed our order apperantly there was a malfunction with the tablet they use to take the order and the battery disconnected and the order was never placed. Our server placed the order after she noticed it was unplugged, but we waited a total of 45 minutes before any of our food came out. When our food finally came out there was a freaking long hair in our mozzarella sticks. Went directly over to the manager as we were upset by this time (crabby hungry kids added to this) to let him know about the ridiculous wait and hair. He took the mozzarella sticks back and while he was gone, we noticed after eating a bite of a traditional wing that it was UNDERCOOKED! Undercooked chicken served at a place that mainly cooks chicken (bright red bone) should not happen in my opinion. The manager kept trying to "talk" to the staff and left and came back out about 4 times, trying to figure out why these things happened. He ended up taking off the items that were compromised and 25% off of the total bill, for the unprofessional way he kept us waiting and consulting about the visit, hair, wait, and undercooked food I dont think we should have had to pay for this horrible experience at all. I just hope we dont get sick from the undercooked food that was eaten before it was noticed.

traditional tuesday is the best day to go if u like the wings on the bone =D also wings taste better extra wet meaning extra saucy i always get Mild when i go and i believe that to be one of the best flavors =) if ur not sure in what to try id say mild would be a good first try specially for me i never liked wings until i tried the mild wings and i fell in love lol they also have a bunch of other good stuff as well i used to get their spinach dip but now they dont have it with chips they do it with pita chips which sucks so i never get that order any more but other than that i think everything else is pretty much good not to pricey unless your buying chick drinks lol dont know how people can get crappy service but i guess there is always that one waiter and sometimes it happens to be you stuck with them i go there like every tuesday and ive only had 2 bad services other than that all other times have been great! bad service as in u dont get what u ask for they mess up your meal or waitress is sassy and gives attitude lol

By far the worst service I have ever experienced. We waited over 20 minutes to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. Ive worked in restaurants, so I know that just because there is a table, it doesnt mean there is staff for it...but a sports bar and grill, during NBA playoffs on a Saturday afternoon should be able to work at full capacity. It was over 30 minutes before our order was taken and 40 minutes later we had to ask for our food, as well as beverage refills. We were told our food would be out in ten minutes...they were "plating" it. Burgers and fries? Plating it? Food finally arrives....except for the appetizer. Had to ask for that too. Twice...in addition to ordering it. That arrived when we were halfway through our entrees. Had to ask not once, but twice, for utensils for our kids to eat with The upside, the only reason I am giving 2 stars, instead of 1, is the food is decent. It could certainly be worse. And it came to the table (nearly an hour after placing the order) piping hot.
