Today was my wifes and my first time at Sushi San - went there for lunch and well be back FOR SURE. Im craving it right now as I write this. We loved everything: the service, the space, the music (why do all other sushi places in the area insist on playing new, crappy pop music? When and how did sushi and Christina Aguilera become a thing?), the prices and especially the food. We had a hot sake (so good), veggie tempura, salmon sashimi and the crunchy tiger roll. WOW. Everything was sooo good. The salmon was like butter and the roll was a flavor rollercoaster of delight. My wife and I get around to a lot of sushi places, from LA to SF to Lahaina, and I have to say, our new little sushi joint in Felton stands up to any of them.

Chef Jeff Lim prepared Sashimi Thon Buri a bowl of rice with 16 pieces of Sashimi arranged like star burst of color on top. Each piece burst with flavor in my mouth and while it would be difficult to choose a favorite I would vote for Scallops. So tender, so delicious. This is a little gem in the San Lorenzo Valley waiting to be discovered by you. Its the restaurant worth finding, you will become a steady customer. The decor, the dedication of staff and the delicious food pleased me a great deal. In the Felton Faire where Mama Mia used to be across from Union Bank.

We had a party of 11, on a Thursday night, and ended up very happy with our food and service! They even let us stay there for over 2 1/2 hours! The ambiance is pleasant, with multiple aquariums in the pass through s. They have several dining areas to accommodate any style you want. They even offer free diapers in the bathroom, and hand wipes on the tables. Id definitely eat there again! The tempura, especially, was a big hit with several of us!

Overpriced, took an HOUR to get our to-go order when there were only a few tables filled. They forgot an item, but caught it when adding up the bill. I got home to find they had forgotten ANOTHER item, a full bento box, yet managed a side that only came with that bento. The food was mediocre and there wasnt a lot of it for the price. $25 for a bento?! Ive had much better for less.

Fast service, awesome amount of food and delicious everything we ordered even my 3 years and 5 years old enjoyed there kids chicken teriyaki and miso soup with rice!! Price is good , kids or order ones who like to drawing then they got the supply for you to do it ! Over all our family loved place we be back soon!

Peaceful. You know how so many restaurants are noisy, and it is hard to hold a conversation? Not this place! My nine-year-old and I had a delightful time, playing with the toys that are there for the kids to use, drawing on the paper-topped table, and chatting with the waitstaff. The food was wonderful.

The owners are really friendly, the food is AWESOME! i suggest the jalapeno appetizers (you can also request a half order). My wife and I love everything from the hot boxs to the tempura fried rolls, sashimi and everything in between! Its really nice to have such fresh cuisine in Felton!

Above average Americanized-Japanese restaurant in the back of a shopping mall. They seem specialize in California rolls, which Im not a fan of. Some good sashimi and cooked fish options as well.

My favorite sushi in the santa cruz area. The staff is great, the food is outstanding, there are fish tanks with lots of fish, and my daughter has a great time here.
