I had a mixed experience here. Initial service was fantastic; we came in and got seated almost immediately. The waitress was by to get our drink orders within a few minutes and had those out to us lightning fast. Then she disappeared. I was happily drinking the great margarita when my daughter pointed out that they hadnt come back to take our order yet. Thats when I realized that while we had talked among ourselves about our food we hadnt had the chance to order yet. Wed been there for over half an hour. A quick look around saw one waitress standing idly by the back door and the other no where in site. I attempted to flag one down and while it looked like she was coming over she then detoured and ended up back by the back door again standing idly. It took another 10 minutes to get a waitress to actually take our order. After that things were back on a great track. The food was out quickly and tasted fine. The food was a bit expensive but the drinks were priced low and were strong. Id be willing to give them another chance.

Umm. Not too crowded. It had. . . It has horchata which is good. Though every Mexican restaurant has horchata are you literally writing everything I say? Like literally everything? How many picoseconds are in a megasecond. Uhh there are about a million seconds in a megasecond. Thats the power. A bunch of zeroes and a one. A different Brendan that we know. *weird snort laugh *thats when they made back seats you can fit in. Have you felt my front seats. Dude ok. Leather bench seats in old trucks from the 80s. 60s or 70s. Are you still writing what Im saying?

Large plates, and not your typical mexican food where everything is drowned in tomatoes. They have a homemade salsa made with a tomatillo base, and again not just tomatoes and onions. If your used to Azteca, then this will be a great change in quality and flavor. The owner is very nice, the place is clean, and the food has more flavor and creativity than youve had before. Its a small place, and with the personal touch to the food, and having cold beer on tap, makes it my favorite place to eat. By the way, tip well, they deserve it.

Best flavors, best staff; our go to place with excellent food you can rely on and the main lady here brings you new things to try out if you ask for truly authentic items. We usually order chorizo con queso, shredded beef ench, tacos, chili rellenos Side note: son says best beans- they must be slow cooked

Family owned. This is where the locals eat. Just off Hwy 2 on main street. Everything is made fresh including the salsa. Weve been going for years and the food is always the best anywhere. They have a diverse menu so give them a try and enjoy!
