When made correctly. the pizza is good. However, they repeatedly make mistakes on orders. Ive told them quite gently and then more firmly that they must improve this simple thing they do: take a pizza order, make the pizza and give it to the person who ordered it. They frequently fail at one of these points. If you order for carry out at the counter, there is little that can be done to make sure you get it when it comes out of the oven, aside from hovering at the counter. Or order it to eat there, and when they bring it to the table, tell them you changed your mind and would like it boxed. Otherwise, you WILL have to go up to the counter when you make your best guess as to when your pizza might be done and get it from the warming box. Ive told them to call out numbers, but they dont have a process for walk-in and carry-out. If it is marked "carry out", it is presumed to be a phone order or delivery. But thats just the first hurdle. You also have to check to see that they made the pizza you ordered. If they messed it up (last time, a week ago, they mixed-up the crusts. It was written down right, they put the wrong ingredients on the wrong crusts), what are you going to do? Wait another 20 minutes for them to re-make your pizza? So if youre very tolerant, have a lot of time, or dont really care what kind of pizza you get, or if it might be rewarmed though youre sitting right there (really, this has happened 4 out of the last 5 times no matter what I say), then this is the place for you. Otherwise, go 2 miles to Roundtable Scotts Valley or a local Pizzeria in Felton. Pity, because when they get it right the pizza is actually very good and worth the price.

Im here at least once a week and I always get the best customer service. I love Maui Zaui. Its my favorite. Its always made right too. No tomatoes! And the twists are delicious. I just wish the place didnt look like a dungeon. Maybe that was the theme during King Arthurs time, but please lets lighten the place up! Other than that, all employees are great! Mostly I go there early and am served by the skinny brunette man. At night I am served by the shorter man. All is good!

I called in an order and it was busy. Came to pick it up 35 minutes later and they forgot to make it! And to top it off, I was not the only one this happened too. Thankfully there is another pizza place in the same shopping center, Ill be buying there from now on.

When my kids come out to visit from Utah, its only Round Table Pizza for them. There arent any Round Table Pizzas in Utah. Daniel was very helpful in helping us order our pizza. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

I grew up with Round Table Pizza so its a bit of a guilty pleasure. There are fresher, healthier options around, but for chain style pizza, this one is tops.

I love thier twists and wings, but dont care for the pizza. Its a good place to go to sit for a bit, but will go elsewhere if I really want a nice meal...

As pizza goes, this place is good for a quick fix. Though not as good as the local family owned businesses, its better then the leading chains.

Great pizza. Beer on tap and a small selection of arcade machines are available on site. Ive had good customer service experiences as well.
