Located inside Kukje (or colloquially called K Mart), I ate here with family recently, and I cant say it was that good. Most of the stuff was on the bland side. We had a tofu soup and galbi tang, and both were really flavorless. They both were devoid of salt, so adding some would be a good start. I cant really offer more suggestions until the basic seasonings are addressed. The bibimbaps stone pot wasnt hot enough so the layer of crispy rice didnt form. The egg on top was also overcooked so the yolk wasnt runny. Sadness all around. If you find yourself eating here, the grilled meats are always a safe choice. It doesnt stand out from other Korean restaurants, and its not really cheap or anything either, but their Korean BBQ is probably the best thing on the menu. Overall, I think there are many other better choices for Korean food elsewhere.

Cool little Korean restaurant inside the Kukje Market. It has had various names in the past including Kukje Grill and Kukje Market Restaurant. The food here is good, pretty standard Korean cuisine. No frill decor, food served piping hot. Service is decent.

I really like their spicy tofu soup with kimchi and beef. Most dishes are spicy here. Service is slow so dont be afraid to wave them down. Lunch time especially on the weekend is very crowded so be prepared to wait.

i love the kalbi, and the korean fried chicken has amazing flavor. seafood pancake is nice and dense as well.
