We went on a Saturday evening...6:00pm. We ordered short ribs and marinated beef barbecue. We were served a generous plate of the short ribs and beef, along with about 10 small dishes of all sorts of Korean side dishes. Okay heres how it went down. First we were served lukewarm tea...we asked for more tea but could they make sure it was hot...never got. The beef was extremely tough...the side dishes looked like something you pull out of your kitchen sinks strainer...and tasted that way as well. Everytime we tried to ask questions, both waitresses couldnt understand us and spoke very poor English. We couldnt eat the beef...cooked it up and took it home for the dogs. Dinner cost us around $ 80.00. Waitresses acted as though we were a nuisance and they wouldnt even make eye contact when we asked a question. We had heard that this restaurant was voted best korean food in Federal way...well they must of had all their relatives vote. When we drove up, we noticed the parking lot was mostly empty...there was 3 tables with customers...that should of been a red flag. We are in our mid-sixties...we enjoy all kinds of food, especially Asian cuisine. Scale of 1 to 10 we give them a score of 2 ... the shot ribs werent bad...the marinated beef was not edible and the side dishes were old, cold but mainly bland. The waitress could care less, their tip probably angered them...well they didnt deserve anything more... $3.00. Save your money and time and pass this place by...

We went there few months ago and it was Horrible service!!!! We normally go here and they usually have a good service but because I think they heard us talking about using groupon, they treated us horribly and quickly tried to get us out of the restaurant-gave is a bill even when we werent done. We were actually going to order more meat but because they turned off the BBQ burner so quick and gave us our bill we couldnt even order one last item.... Well, its their loss they lost money... Plus because of this service WE ARE NEVER COMING BACK AND WE WILL TELL OTHERS TO NOT COME HERE!!! They cater better to Korean people and it is very apparent that they could care less for people that dont speak Korean. Very disappointing as we used to come here and liked it but... Their service has gone done hill! They even told us they dont have any lettuce and I know for a fact they had some because they used it as decorations for the meat.... Horrible!!

My server tried to sell me some off-menu "special" deal saying for $50 bucks a person they would give me all you can eat for one type of meat. I said Id stick with my original order but they misunderstood and refused to give me what I ordered because they had already brought out the meat. Food quality was also low. The meat I did get was try and bland. It looks like this place recently changed owners and after this trip I would not go back again.

The previous reviews were completely inaccurate and I am happy I did not listen to them...We went out to eat with our uncle who is a well known business man. He highly recommend this restaurant and the service and food were top notch...We will be back...
