In the world of mall foods this place is a 4 out of 5 which means when Im in Stonestown or at the office (near Stonestown) its one of a handful of default places to go because theyre consistent, service is quick, and the food is decent (for mall food). Ive never seen the employees smile but Ive also never seen them be rude either, instead its just this middle ground where they get the order right quickly, cut the pieces to bite size with scissors eliminating the need for a knife, and instead they give me a fork but chopsticks are available upon request. Though now that I think about it, they actually will bring me my spicy noodles to my table when its not to busy which is an outstanding bit of courtesy when it comes to mall service. The food is pre-made and sits in steam trays up front but the kitchen with the cooks are visible so the lessens the fear of it coming from frozen, just more aware that its cooked in bulk but once again, this is mall food. Portions are decent, Im able to finish my meals without feeling stuffed or still hungry but I do wish they added more veggies rather than the standard couple piece of broccoli and a carrot wedge. Like I said, its not great food but its one of the better spots at Stonestown.

This is a fast food chain. There isnt a ton of great choices here at Stonestown. Ill eat here, at the Soup Company and Boudins by Macys. Everything else is pretty inconsistent or pricey for what you buy. My daughter likes the noodle soup and the grilled salmon over rice. Im pretty much ok with anything here.

I go here for lunch all the time. Today they double charged me for my order and wont refund me. The cashier said it didnt go through the first time and it did and she still charged me. I would like my refund back or a meal. Not happy with the service.

Food was horrible! Dry bland chicken, ice cold broccoli, mediocre glass noodles. Not worth the price at all. Panda express is better. Looks better than it tastes #sad. At least they didnt mess up the plain white rice!
