Terrible service, clutzy, dont have any attention to detail... scatterbrained staff... This franchise needs to seriously do some training for the staff... We are out of towners came into the city for a meeting, my husband ordered the fully loaded croissant but got just an egg croissant without even the sausage/burger, when he went up and told the cashier she just said sorry and this time gave just an egg and sausage croissant without the ham and the Bacon that the fully loaded one comes as...terrible coffee I really dont know how they stay in business... Ill never visit this place again... I have worked in the hospitality industry for years and Im well aware how customer service and food should be....you get 00000

Wouldnt have gone there if we did not have our coupons. This particular Burger King just got remodelled and looks nice from the outside. After ordering our food, I went to grab a table and noticed the majority of the tables were dirty. The floor was filthy and sticky as well. After wiping the table myself, I went to wash my hands and noticed the restroom was filthier. Not sure if its a lack of employees but this place needs to have a better workflow for cleaning.

Repeated recent visits and they dont seem to be able to serve warm food. Even if it comes straight out of the back room, it is cold by the time it gets to me. Though convenient to my home, Id rather drive to the next nearest BK if Im really wanting a whopper. Heck, Id rather drive across the bay bridge than return here. They either dont get it or dont care. The recent remodel does make it look nicer than it did.

The place isnt brand new or anything and it isnt the best looking Burger King that Ive gone to, but the drive thru is 24 hours and thats worth mentioning. The food is ok, typical fast food. This place also accepts all expired coupons! This service is usually really good, the older Filipino ladies are really nice and accommodating. Just remember to give a smile and say thank you!

Uh... This was a mistake. We came here on a whim and were actually disappointed. The food was just... Bad. It was just bad. I love Burger King and this one just didnt have it. Too hot inside the diner and the staff were unfriendly. I wouldnt recommend eating here.

As of Feb 2017 visit, layout of tables is much improved. Clean and neutral wall colors. Menu is what you would expect. Nice self serve soda machine for custom sodas. Icee machine available. Watch for traffic in parking lot next to gas station.

Food is good, but mgt needs to work on how they treat fellow employees. Especially supervisors! Things have improved since my original post. Looks like the main bosses took notice and are retraining their staff.

They remodelled the fixtures and decor but do they understand seniors can barely read the tiny letters on the menu? The food doesnt taste like what it use to... The grill dogs are such a rip.
