if you happen to go on a down turn, or while the Bar tender with the killer beard and tats is there and youre at the bar, its amazing. The food is fantastic, probably on par with anywhere Ive eaten in the world. However, if you go when its a little busy, or god help you really busy, its the worst place in the world... The service is bar none the worse Ive ever seen in my life; and they dont seem to care. I gave the place three chances because of the food, and the drinks are imaginative too, almost forgot due to the extremely bad, dont care we suck service. It would be a shame for the cook and the bar tender if this place went away, which under current management, it needs too. But with a well trained staff that cares about the customer, this place could be awesome, but it SUCKS.

After coming here for the first time I have to say Im quite disappointed. Everybody around us received complimentary popcorn and yet we never did , we didnt recieve our appetizer until our food arrived and our food took at least 30 minutes. It was far from busy. The prices for the amount/quality of food we received was annoyingly unbalanced. The service was scattered and very little. We were never asked if we wanted refills and we had practically finished our drinks before our food came being that it took so long. We spent almost as much time waiting for the check as we did waiting for the food after we finished our meals. I see no reason to come here again.

Ive given up on the food here. The steak is ungraded and is served with a sauce on top, not something you do to a good steak. The grilled cheese fingers were soggy, too garlicky and too salty, a cleaver idea but end result is a fail, none the less. The other offerings are just poorly conceived and sometimes waaaay too complicated. The menu needs real help... the drinks are well mixed, but beer selection is lacking and has none of the creativity you see in their cocktails.

I loved the enthusiasm of the bar tenders here! Youthful, fun, enjoyed witty banter, made excellent beverages. Yet, you have one instance where youd like to suggest they use less horseradish. Then you have become the greatest villain of all time and you must leave and never return to to the givers of the great horse radish suace. First time in. Last time in. This aint Hollywood hunny.

First time here and i walk in after work sit down am told because of it being slow they closed down. I got off early drove out of the way to go to this place even google it to make sure its still open and it says closed at 10. I got there almost and hour before the bar closed. I already bought my tickets now have to sit here for an hour and fifteen min waiting. I wont be back.

Seating is awesome! I have a hard time sitting for any length of time and avoid it as much as I can. I really appreciate having a restaurant that I can almost comfortably enjoy! The food is great too. The service has been lacking everytime we have been in, otherwise I would give 5 stars. The funky eclectic seating is the main reason my mom and I dine here.

Worst service ever. Waited for 25 minutes for one water to come, and then waited ten more minutes for our two other drinks to come (they never did). We left because of how literally horrible the service was. Only four other tables had a couple people each at them, so not even busy

The service was not lacking in the slightest. The steak was 7/10, the Mac and cheese was a solid 10, blueberry white chocolate cheese brulee.... 99/10. Atmosphere 9/10. The only detractors..... its in yelm....

Great food selection. Great staffing. Just prices outrageously overpriced for amount of food to prices. Drinks way to expensive for more than one round! Walked away paying $100 for dinner and a movie.
