Freakin garbage!!! I ordered from them last night. The person that took the order didnt know anything about the bit dinner box and said we could have any pizza we wanted with unlimited toppings on them...total was $38 instead of 20.99..I was like heck no. I just want the regular dinner box price..so we ended up what we wanted in the first place for toppings which sure okay..then he said we could get any kind of breadsticks even cheesy bread for no additional costs..I confirmed 3 times no extra cost and he said no extra cost..so when I went there to pick up thforeu charged an extra $1 for cheesy bread so they changed the price and gave me a $1 off since I specifically asked 3 times if it was extra fir cheesy bread...I get the pizza..wrong pizza was suppose to be hawaiian ended up being italian sausage and pineapple..they said they could give me a brownie 8+ minutes remake pizza for 15+ minutes or give me a 2 liter..decided just to leave because my daughter was crying in the car and it was my pizza so I just delt with it...we get home I am still a little irritated for not getting a discount or anything unless I wanted to wait...then I bite into our mild bone in wings and they are still pink inside and coldish..I was so mad after that disgusted! I called corporate and they gave me a credit for the amount I spent! Lets just say I will definitely will not be going back to this location to get my replacement order in the future! So gross! And I hate to complain about food since I work in fast food and worked at a pizza place for 5 yrs as the gm but this was totally unaccepted! Never going back to this location!!!!

terrible customer service. i called to have a pizza delivered, they took my order, and then after the driver was on the way called to tell me that it would be an additional 45min because i was out of their "delivery area" i was in fact 8min away according to google. and when i looked up what pizza hut was closest to me via zip code the same place i called and was telling me i was outside their area was this one, the one that was telling me it was gonna take an additional 45min. you would think that they would have caught his when i gave them my address. no it took them 25min to figure this out. and then when i called them back to tell them that according to google i was only 8min away they informed me that i would have to call another pizza hut and reorder my pizza. no more pizza hut for me you guys suck!

Anyone that has eaten at a Pizza hut understands that they are all about the same. I personally like Pizza hut, but I know some that dont. That said, Im reviewing this one against the merits of other Pizza huts. This one is a take out or delivery hut only. This is NOT a sit down location. Its tucked away in the corner and can be hard to get too if there is a lot of patrons for the other places, but that problem has been reduced since the Safeway closed. They are on par with other Pizza Huts when it comes to ordering online. But with the small entry, if you want to order there, you have a very uncomfortable wait for your pizza. Word to the wise... order ahead of time and you wont have to stay long. That said... this pizza hut pizza is the same as the rest.

3 times now ive ordered delivery from them. And 3 times Ive been massively disappointed. I love pizza hut, but this particular location is absolutely garbage. The most recent order experience was at 3pm on a friday. Kids are still in school, people are still at work, and yet it took 35 minutes past the 45 min delivery time. Of course it was cold. Honestly id rather eat little ceases than food from this location.

I ordered 2 pizzas online carryout. They wrote that the pizza would be ready in about 20 minutes, which would be 12:48. I came in a little bit earlier and the pizza was ready 2 minutes in advance. Customer service from the worker was great. Would recommend this place to anyone. Very good rating, awesome service.

Pizza was so bad and undercooked we couldnt even finish 1 slice and our 8 wing order had 6 wings. They said they credited our account back the value of our order and that we have to call there store back for our next order to redeem that. Pizza Hut I like you but I feel like a got screwed tonight.

Crappy Pizza Hut. bad service(this location). Order was ready, and we watched them put it into the warmer to keep it warm instead of handing it to us once it was ready. until we said really? And they heard and asked us for the 3rd time what our order number was and what we were waiting for.

This location is very hit and miss. We live 4 min away and always wait 45 minutes. The food value is usually okay. They always get the order right at least.
