TLDNR: This franchise needs to improve lettuce quality. My only frustration with inn-n-out is that I wish their lettuce wouldnt be so lack-luster. Lettuce really doesnt cost much overhead to get a good amount of decent lettuce onto the burgers. This really isnt necessarily the empoyees fault, but more of managements fault. I shouldnt spend a good amount of money for an amazing burger and the lettuce be a couple yellow scraggly looking lettuce. Lettuce is supposed to provide a small refreshing crunch to a burger, not make it look less appetizing and be soggy and less than tasteful. RD

This location is a hit and miss for me. Sometimes its great and sometimes its not. I wasnt finished asking for extra condiments in the drive thru and they walked away. Waited there for awhile and nobody ever came back. Kinda weird. Decided extra spread wasnt worth the wait so I left! Seating inside seems the best way to go.

The food here is very good for people who like fast food burgers but want something with similar taste but a lot fresher. The burgers are amazing and the French fries are so good and fresh. The service is really fast and the staff there are very nice

My husband and my two sons wanted In-N-One so we went and I dont eat beef. I had hoped that hand an alternate but noooo. Not even chicken! I tried their fries but they were not good. So since I paid for it I submitted the review.

Normally I would rate In-N-Out a 5 but twice I have been to this location and they have forgotten part of my order in the drive thru which required me to go back into the already very busy location and wait in line.
