I just had the worst experience at a fast food restaurant that I can remember. We went to the Jack in the Box in Port Orchard to get dinner for my wife, son and I. I ordered $41.66 in food and drinks at 05:35 PM. The men ahead of me had to wait for their food for 20 minutes. There was one other order ahead of me inside the restaurant and only three cars in the drive thru. The lady and her son who ordered after me had to leave and wanted a refund, because it was taking so long, but the girl taking orders at the drive thru and the front counter could not give them one stating it would take as long as it would for them to wait for their order, I thought that was interesting. The girl that was taking orders at the drive thru and the front counter kept asking for help, but no one would come up front. There was one girl and all she did was run the fryer, just kept standing there and did nothing else. The excuse was that they were training people and were low on people because the manager never comes in at night. I couldn’t believe how long food was sitting out and how food and dirt were on the food preparation areas and floor. I finally got my order at 6:10 PM, 35 minutes and it wasn’t busy. My wife came in from the car to see what was wrong. We got home and the food was cold the curly fries were one big ball. I would say the “Manager of this Jack in the Box needs to take some time in their restaurant and manage it.

Its not horrible, however just keep in mind, One your more then likely going to be waiting inside or out. Two, if your going through the drive through, make sure before leaving that they gave you what you wanted. Its been my personal experience that they often dont get the orders right. Three, prices are on the higher end and only for convenience in not wanting to go to a sit down is it really worth the quality of food they serve. With all that being said, the inside is usually kept clean and has ok seating. The staff are generally helpful and do their best to serve you in a timely manner (Though it does take forever.)

Took forever to bring out food. We asked for a dine-in service but when the food was ready they gave it to us in paper bags with no food trays. The final kicker was that after waiting awhile (there were only two other customers in the restaurant and maybe one vehicle in drive thru) they brought our food out with very cold fries. Additionally, be aware that if you have kids that they only have one highchair in the whole restaurant.

If its not obvious by the clear lack of care around the facade of the premesis, dont let the long line around the drive thru fool you. It does not represent long sought cuisine. No just a lack of urgency and an inadequate crew. The service is poor too say the least for an often undermanned, overworked, and ineffective establishment.

I am disgusted from seeing a workers bare butt Crack and his whole butt exposed after he leaned over cooking fries. His black pants waistline was below his butt...why would you hire a person looking like that? I will not dine there again..unhealthy and disgusting...might get a faster response on Facebook?

Went to Movie Tonight and came inside to Eat. They had a few cars in Drive thru and were on Point with My order, bought 3 meals, food was Great. Boss that was on duty was on top of his crew. I worked customer service too, Great Job. Way better than past experiences. Thank You

Widely variable portions and quality. By far the most likely to screw up an order drive through Ive been to in recent years. They tend to mess up one in three orders outright and the first complaint is a given even if whats in the bag is correct

We where in the drive thru and someone ordered a large amount of food, I thought we would be waiting for awhile we where very surprised at how fast we got our order! Thank you jason for the great customer service and how fast you where!!

Horrible just horrible. Nasty food horrible service and the manager was just mean. They were out of fries and didnt substitute anything for them. Basically just gave me nasty food and I waited for 20 mins and I was the only person!

Only people in dining area, only ordered a few items from value menu... took over 10 minutes while 4 different vehicles were served and left. Top it off ALL the food was cold. I have NEVER had a good experience at this location!!

We are at Jack in the box at least once a week. Tonight a 20 minute wait just to order. Ridiculous. Would have left, but couldnt get out of line. No one was in the lobby, not sure what the problem was.

Out of coffee, curly fries and tomatoes. There was no guacamole on my guacamole bacon chicken sandwich. However the food they did have and served me and my son was perfectly cooked.

Friendly staff all trying to get your food fast. I went at a busy lunch hour and didnt have to wait long. Only complaint is the clear aging of the inside. Would come back again.
