15AUG2014 This review is strictly based on the performance of the bartender that attended my wife and I on our visit. It does not in any way, shape, or form reflect on the performance of the rest of the staff. When we went we were stopped by the receptionist who told us we would have to wait till the previous 2 groups were serviced, which is reasonable, except they were a party of 9 and a party of 15. Granted there were 4 seater tables behind him in the bar area, dozens of them, empty.......... yet he told us it would be a 45 minute wait. The bartender took it upon himself to invite us over to one of the tables and proceeded to attend to our orders. Before i go further let me say this, the bar had its own clients already being served so the bartender was already busy. This bartender performed the most well mannered, most professional, and extraordianry cutomer service i have ever seen. I dine at some high quality places and even their servers did not compare to this man. Our drinks never reached the bottom of the cup, he was bringing out refills before we could even get the opportunity to ask, he was very knowledgeable on every item on the menu and his recommendations were on point. He had our appetizers and meals served to us within minutes of each other. He went above and beyond the job expectations and for my wife and I it was the greatest customer service experience we have had to date. I tipped him $10 because that was all the cash i had on hand but had i had a $20 i wouldbt have thought twice about tipping it to him because he earned it. kudos to you good sir for your performance.

The greeter was so friendly, he even opened the door for us. Our waitress was friendly and was sure we were being taken care of good. Salad is delicious here not to mention the warm bread they bring to u, I ordered chicken Alfredo with Angel hair pasta and it was delicious, the portion did seem a bit small because I usually cant finish it or have a hard time finishing, but at this Olive garden it did seem like less, even in kids plates... Other than that delicious

Will NOT EVER come back to this restaurant. I am a gastric bypass patient and I ask the manager if I could order half of something since I am not able to eat much & he blankly said no. Every restaurant Ive been to have been very accomodating for me due to my procedure, however this one did not. Total BS! Horrible service on the managers part. Employees here are nice & welcoming despite there rude boss.

Visited this location recently and wasnt impressed. Service at the start was good, but it all went down hill from there. Once we were told our "actual" server was back from break things just fell flat. Our food was so, so to say the least. Kind of a dissapointment, especially since paying $19 for fettuccini without chicken. Staff unaware of menu items, no refills, long wait for check. Terrible...

I love this restaurant! the food is really good and with great quality, the bread sticks are delicious. Unlimited salad or soup and bread sticks all the time. Chicken Alfredo is my favorite. Service is usually excellent, sometimes you have to wait for table or to be served because they get really busy specially on holidays, but overall excellent service. One of my favorite italian restaurant.

The Olive Garden has been one of my favorite places to eat for many many years. Chino Spectrum is extremely updated very very elegant yet their prices are still reasonable including dinner. very well staffed the the wait is not long even though there reception area and outside is full of customers that cant wait to get in I love this place lots of parking the bathrooms are very clean.

Terrible service is not good the first time I came in it was amazing with a first open in Chino Hills my third time coming here I sit in the same seat salad dressing is very weak service is not a tentative Id have to give you a zero because the first time I came in you were at 8:20 which is superb almost as good as College Station in Texas they are the best

The lunchtime pasta special was pasta of your choice and a sauce of your choice. You also get salad or soup and breadsticks; all for $11.99. To me this was not a good deal. Pasta should not be that expensive and is definitely not difficult to prepare. Of course, you can add to the pasta; meatballs, shrimp, etc. But this comes at a price. I will not return

Parking lot was empty , still waited 20 mins to be seated .A group came in after us & got seated before hostess said they were a bigger group so they got seats first "once seated noticed many empty tables , service was bad waiter took to long just to refill water. Never stopping by Chino location no matter how much We were craving O .Garden.

They still have that new and clean feeling, but they are in full swing and full of people all the time. Everything is done right in this chain restaurant. All the servers are still glad to be there and to help out you, the customer. The food is all coming out good and hot. It is as good as you might expect from an Olive Garden.

Bad customer service ! Went in stood around for 5-7 minutes in front staff to be seated and they did not even acknowledge me and my sister . There were 3 staff members just talking to each other, we walked out and still not a care in the world for the staff. Too bad for the NEW OLIVE GARDEN they just lost good business .

Hostess staff was VERY rude. We had a party of 6 and were quoted only 30 minutes. Had 2 small children with us, waited well over an hour. If we were told it was going to be an hour wait we would have gone elsewhere. Eventually we left. From AZ. We have NEVER had service that bad, and treated so badly by staff.

I have started to avoid Olive Garden not because of their service or condition of the restaurant but their lack of flavor in their food. Aesthetically the food is appealing but when comes down to flavor I would rather be at home eating my own Italian food. Your hard earned cash is better spent somewhere else.

If you like Italian food this is a good place to go. I wouldnt say its as authentic as some privately owned places but it hits the spot. However it is not a cheap place to eat with most food options at above $15.00. The atmosphere is good though and the recently move improved the overall feel of the place.

Horrible service, not only was I charged wrong had to ask for things multiple times, food was cold, No one in our party wanted to go there due to bad service in the past, I talked them into giving this location another chance and got a big "told you so" at the end of the night.

Horrible service, bread came out the same time as entrees. Not to mention it was over seasoned waitress was slow getting extra water or ketchup took about 10 minutes. When I finished soup wasnt offered more wasnt even during a busy time and just so slow.
