Im not sure if Panera Bread is like this everywhere, but my experience was hideous. First, while ordering, the person helping us was really nice (thats why the extra star). But, when asking for vegetarian options in protein, another guy (who I think was the owner) interjected into our conversation saying "As you can see we dont have any vegetarian salads available". Firstly I wasnt asking for a vegetarian salad, I was asking if they had any options in protein, but more importantly, his tone was markedly patronizing. Anyway, when we received our order, the portion sizes were ridiculous for the price we were paying. Long story short, I dont think Ill be going to Panera Bread again.

I used their online ordering process and was extremely dissatisfied with the way it was handled. When I came to pick up my order exactly when it was supposed to be ready, they informed me that they "gave it away a long time ago." They seemed angry that they had to make my meal over again (it was literally just a flatbread), and they begrudgingly gave it to me. When I got home to eat, it looked like the flatbread was thrown together sloppily and all it had on it was spinach and tomatos and it was supposed to be a tomato mozeralla flatbread. Very disappointed in their attitude and lack of customer service and will not be going back.

This is the second time a group of us have had this for lunch and they have the worst customer service EVER! The manager David told us that we should "...go down a couple streets to the location at the District..." What? Are you telling us to go away and didnt want our business? They werent even that busy! I dont think its appropriate for any business manager to turn away service, especially with a $40 order! We WILL NOT be going there again, even though we do love the food! We may go to the District location and hope for better customer service, but we feel David ruined Panera for us.

This place used to be my favorite spot, under the old management. Under the new management, its HORRIBLE. Ive seen beggars coming here asking for money all the time. Ive also seen homeless people taking shower and cutting their hair in the restroom. Further, ive witnessed some homeless guy spread his underwears on the tables in patio to dry out and management didnt even care. Hes actually sitting in front of me now with his shoes taken off and placed on the tables. And the restroom is always nasty and never cleaned.. So if all that sounds like somewhere that you wanna eat at.. Goodluck.

After seeing a review of Panera Bread that mentioned they had gluten-free options, I decided I would try them out for a gluten-free dessert option at a party. Ordered the gluten-free smore brownies, the process was easy and the staff was super nice. When I went to pick them up they even brought them out to my car! I think everyone at the party was a little hesitatnt that gluten-free might lose some flavor but not so, these were Panera Bread ! ;) Great experience, cant wait to try them again!

I had a very bad experience with a cashier not in uniform, who appeared to be a manager. I contacted Panera about his behavior, and never received a response, so I wont be going back to this location. Its a shame, too, because I like Panera.

Food has the usual Panera goodness. Wi-Fi needs to be more reliable. One can find people working here all the time and most people complain about unreliable network and slow speeds. Then again, not much can be expected from free Wi-Fi.

A good spot to study or meet up with others. The Hazelnut house coffee is refillable and cheap. Its spacious but usually not crowded. The menus change seasonally, so you get new stuff to try all the time.
